    @Rogers I called for 30โ€™ for the past 3 days, canโ€™t get a hold of anybody, just to fix a problem that should be done week ago, I donโ€™t have time for this, why do I have to waste my time for somebody mistakes.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

    If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

    @RogersHelps So an samsung galaxy note 9, three year old smartphone on the rogers network... Goes from 45% battery to less than 6% in 10 mins... Is it me or my dad doing something wrong or is it ur network??? I'm switching carriers in May if u don't up ur game. #bellmobility 1/2

    @RogersHelps You don't actually but if you want to hear me in the ohine, its recorded. I have been calling you guys for 2mths now. Evening, weekend, middle of the day, morning, online, & twitter. No one answers for 45mins. I have NEVER had this problem before. Is everyone replaced with AI?

    @Rogers Moving my dad to a retirement home. Ive been on with u for 4 hrs over 3 calls & dont have it setup & we are in limbo. Hospital is discharging on Friday & The Home won't let him move in until there is a landline for his call button. YOU are making him homeless. HELP!

    @RogersHelps I will go today again, but if they donโ€™t solve, what should I do next you cannot leave the customer like that. What more a customer can do than visiting themselves with identification. Whatever it is, it is ridiculous and I hope @CRTCeng will take some action on it. Report filed
