@BuNdOAVFC @RogersHelps Hey dude... Am switching to telus... Was getting 200-250mbps down on a Saturday night back in February or March ish.... Even better on Sunday nights like 400mbps now this.... Only 50 down... On an medal 200 ft cell tower with rogers/telus etc on it with in 15 ft of direct line1/2

If @RogersHelps isn't able to inform public what caused this outage was or assure us it won't happen again, part of their "compensation" for customers should be to allow us to void our current contracts (without penalty) & switch providers. Rather this than some measly discount.

I was with a friend when her dad died, & the bank kept calling, harassing them and I had to take calls for her it got so bad. No sympathy at all from them.

Yet I could still send BTC and other crypto as long as I didn't have Rogers internet as crypto does not have centralized contracts with single points of failure. You see how stupid your response makes you look?
