🎈Beloved Brands🎈 (@BelovedBrands) reported from King, OntarioOne more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.
-
🎈Beloved Brands🎈 (@BelovedBrands) reported from King, Ontario@RogersHelps You lost a customer who wanted to upgrade, hand you more money and stay with you 24 months.
-
Timmy Martini (@TimmyMartini) reported from Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario@RogersHelps Back down again in Bradford, ON you scum bags
-
Peter Coulton (@kaos19juice) reported from Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario@kristen_shilton Figures he is awesome in a fun skills competition but not so good in the shootout. Can't watch this or #Raptors as stupid @Rogers is out in #Bradford area until at least midnight.
-
Kyle C (@Canuc86) reported from New Tecumseth, OntarioAnyone in the Alliston area that sees this, curious if you have Bell Fibe internet and what it’s reliability has been.. I’m currently with Rogers and over the past few weeks (since that service black out) service has been spotty & slow. @FibeBell @RogersHelps #internet #Barrie
-
Run. Stumble. Walk. (@RunStumbleWalk) reported from New Tecumseth, OntarioWords to the wise: CHECK YOUR BILLS CLOSELY. Turns out I’ve been charged the “business” rate for my home #Internet. Disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. Mad at #Rogers for selling me the wrong service. Hopefully, I can get this resolved. 💸🤬 @RogersHelps
-
🎈Beloved Brands🎈 (@BelovedBrands) reported from King, Ontario@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.
-
Josh Hobbs (@JoshHobbs77) reported from New Tecumseth, Ontario@RogersHelps Hey is there an outage in Tottenham Ontario?

Louis (@Louis_CA_1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They outsource it to companies that have call centers around the world. Your call could be routed to one in Argentina, India, Morocco, etc Rogers has been winding down their Tier 1 Care team to reduce overhead
-
Alex (@alexxhashemi) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.
-
angela stow (@AngelaStow27270) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...
-
MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Cdhd123 @Rogers gotta love "one view" no more Vision 21 access. so ya everything needs a manager now. I used to have V21 access and never needed a manager. Unless it was revenue based.
-
Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@cookiegigan @RogersHelps @Rogers They did, the call dropped twice and they called back, unfortunately when it dropped the third time... So one of two issues solved at least.
-
Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported@Rogers WiFi keeps going down. ZERO customer service. Fired Canadian workers so we could wait 3 hrs to talk to someone you can't understand. Even your AI Anna is slow. Third world internet, out of this world costs. Canadians deserve better.
-
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego (@MeshachAnd) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Starlink! I will never return to the others.
-
Kimmie G (@KimmyG6) reported@Mayathabee @RogersHelps Sit on hold for an hour. That’s @Rogers “customer service”
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.
-
Dennis Welsh (@DennisWelsh) reportedWe all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!
