They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

When you switch carriers you maintain the line and charge it to the secondary Tablet line. It's even in the contract that if you switch... that's terrible how you do this to your customers.
