@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps Yea, I had called and was offered the same response. Can no longer offer that solution… at the lowest option, it’s basically another plan anyway. So much from migrating my GF from a competitor to you. No need for DMs, if there was a good solution, it should be public knowledge.

@kaplanmyrth .@Sportsnet & @Rogers crappy on-screen product should learn from the streaming services how to actually produce a broadcast. The streamers FAR outstrip the quality available from those charlatans. But they're fat, lazy and rich and don't give a crap about the product, just $$$.
