One more scam by @Rogers I have the Rogers Device Protection, my iPhone has a cracked screen on the back. They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

@RogersHelps Yes but I bought “Rogers” protection. You let your customer down. I’m near the end of my contract. So it is easier to switch to another company. No one offering a reason to stay.

If our business was entirely based on the @Rogers network I'd be freaking. The outage is affecting some of our POS machines but you can always download the @BeckTaxi App & pay in-app using your credit card, @PayPal, or Apple Pay if your phone is working. There's no stopping us.👍

@RogersHelps An entire business day with no phone service. Are you going to reimburse people like me, who not only don’t have access to a service I’m paying for, but also am having my work impacted now. And so far today, you have provided 2 updates. Both of which say the same thing. @Rogers

I know @Rogers is having network issues, but when you go into a store, please don't take it out on the workers. They have the least amount of control and say over this. They're just relaying the info they have, just the same when Bell and Telus had their issues in the past.
