Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldn’t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

Thank you Mystery @RogersHelps call agent from Barrie so @Bell_Support told my 80yo mom to come on down to switch from #rogers to #Bell staff told us they can't do it. Tried calling bell 7 times from the store. Hang ups wrong transfers. Wasted 5 hr. All it took was 2 call Rogers

.@Rogers When Bell subcontractors bury fibe on people's lawns/ inevitably chop Rogers cable, is there any accountability on their part? 3 kids were just booted off online classes/ I can't work as they indiscriminately chop the lawn. Shouldn't a Roger's truck follow /fix?

@RogersHelps Internet has been down in Bowmanville for going on 4 hours now. No notifications, response from online portal assistance other than to be passed between departments. Any word on a fix? All the neighbours with Bell Fibe are ok....

The intermittent service losses were caused by the other parts of the interface being overloaded by the xtra demand

@Rogers I was stranded in pemberton looking for address for deliveries.... couldn’t even call dispatch. Found a gas station driving around they wouldn’t let me use their phone.. this was a horrible day for everyone you need an alert saying we’re going to **** you up.

@leckie_sean @oxfordliving @RogersHelps The issue is who approved a global firmware rollout without secondary approval. Or, what was the root cause. Dev/Engineer here as well and this one really has me wondering what happened. My guess: firmware for another network was pushed to overwrite Rogers Public ID's
