    @dean_burner @EllersDad @NHL @Rogers Didnt they say that we wouldn't have this issue for Canadian teams when deal first started. That was a huge lie. 3 times last season Habs games blacked out on a Saturday. This deal sucks cause see more American teams than Canadian teams on TV

    Just wanted to thank @Bell_Support for taking my $150 a month for internet and it runs just like it did in 1997.... like shit!!! Oh best part is the $50 in data overages for wifi always being down!!! Help me @rogers #IHateBell

    @RogersHelps Nov 18, I made acct changes. My bill this month should be $95.98, not $179.04! Your CSR said it's because the guy that made my changes didn't advise me to switch my modem & my WO didn't go through! She advised I go to a store where they may help me. Unacceptable!

    @RogersHelps Not impressed with your Ignite TV service. Keeps freezing. Replaying last 15 seconds over and over again. Calling my concierge assigned agent, wrong extension #, then transfered 3 times and still on hold. This is not the promised premier service. I want my $$ back.

    Thanks @RogersHelps @Rogers for treating your business customers like crap. $70 for 1GB of data overage! That’s more than the plan I have per month. I will be looking for another provider that supports businesses not rips them off.

    @TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps Great. Rogers cancels a ticket for no apparent reason and their response is "Your customer can wait another 31 hours before we can be bothered to send someone to fix the problem we caused." To both sides, I still want and answer as to why the first call was cancelled.

    @RogersHelps Five hours and counting since Teksavvy opened the ticket to have your tech come again to fix a escalation caused entirely by your technician this morning. Still no idea when they're coming to fix the issue that they were supposed to have fixed this morning.

    @RogersHelps Indeed, but it's still the ROGERS technician who cancelled the Teksavvy service ticket without telling me or Teksavvy why. And since ROGERS doesn't want to come to fix the issues they're responsible for, I'm happy to move my other Rogers business elsewhere.
