    @RogersHelps Spotty Tv and no internet. Tried rebooting multiple times, still nothing, yet the system says everything is fine, connected and there are no outages in my area. I'm losing the equivalent of three work days because of this. Please help.

    @RogersHelps Thank you for the quick reply, but that doesn't work. When I select "video input" the menu displays, but the arrows or seiect/ok button don't do anything.

    Just wanted to thank @Bell_Support for taking my $150 a month for internet and it runs just like it did in 1997.... like shit!!! Oh best part is the $50 in data overages for wifi always being down!!! Help me @rogers #IHateBell

    @RogersHelps I’ve sent a dm, modem is flashing orange, rebooted twice and nothing changed, so no internet, tv or home phone. We’re in Courtice, do you know of problems in our area?

    Hey @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to discuss my account with someone for the last 3 days. Every time I call, I am told that you are experiencing extremely high call volumes and then I’m hung up on. Your staffing problems are not my problem. Stop relying on AI and hire staff.

    I was on phone yesterday for good 4hrs trying to get the @Rogers customer care team guys for my home internet issue, no one picked. Went to live chat, the fellow said they can only help through the care team department. That’s after being no 190 on queue @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outage… both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

    @Rogers I'm extremely disappointed. I tried calling 1-888-764-3771 to cancel, but I've been on hold for over an hour with no response. Is this the level of customer service customers should expect?I want to cancel all of the services immediately. Please contact me here

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.     @Rogers I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times a day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.
