Finally did. After going at @RogersHelps the past couple years for terrible RocketHub service and costs, we finally pulled the plug on our home internet. Just couldn’t justify $200+/month for slow, spotty service.

@RogersHelps we are having the same problem as yesterday with our home phone through ignite. If someone phones it goes to voicemail and when I try to phone out I’m not getting a dial tone just a busy signal.

Hey @Rogers disappointed in your service. 1 hour of my time setting up internet and waiting for modem delivery. By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

@RogersHelps I have been trying to resolve an issue since 2pm today. I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.

@RogersHelps You mean the call centre that puts us on hold forever and when they answer they do not give any tangible update. It is simple - when on earth are you going to get your service that you are supposed to back up & working? It doesn’t need more if you are a credible entity!
