    @RogersHelps Not impressed with your Ignite TV service. Keeps freezing. Replaying last 15 seconds over and over again. Calling my concierge assigned agent, wrong extension #, then transfered 3 times and still on hold. This is not the promised premier service. I want my $$ back.

    In all articles @Rogers blames the CRTC rules that demand ease for customers to port their number to a different network but somehow the other networks seem to be preventing such scams MUCH more efficiently. I found 3 examples just this week (including me) all from Rogers.

    I have found around 40 examples online of the fraud @Rogers allowed against me. In every single case, Rogers was the carrier who gave up control of the victims phone number to the “bad guys”. Every one. Most seem to move the number to Bell and then leads to the theft or extortion
