My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!

A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed.
