A tech came Friday & said no service at our street box & that maintenance crew was coming by end of day Friday. No one showed. It’s Sunday and now @Rogers @rogershelp said they have no record of an order being putting in!?

Ben McCord (@benmccord) reported from Oshawa, Ontario.@Rogers When Bell subcontractors bury fibe on people's lawns/ inevitably chop Rogers cable, is there any accountability on their part? 3 kids were just booted off online classes/ I can't work as they indiscriminately chop the lawn. Shouldn't a Roger's truck follow /fix?

My oldest was in the middle of his online midterm and we had to shut everything else off songs could finish with some connectivity! Worst decision we ever did was change to Ignite with Rogers!!!!
