  @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

  @RogersHelps Outage happening in BC too!! Hopefully service will be restored soon been out since about 10:30 last night. I need to call my clients back who are waiting for answers regarding mortgage financing!!
