Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.
