Every time you go to see your bill and the MyRogers app is down you should get $10 off your bill this is like the third time I've gone to look to see can't get in is down for maintenance again! @RogersHelps

@Rogers When it works... which is only about 13-14 days at a time. Then you have to call and listen to lie after lie about why it is out and when somebody will come to fix it. Worst company and service ever. #movingtoBell

@RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesn’t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?

@Rogers why is even the top package you offer so small compared to other countries? 1.5 gig up and 1 gig down is nothing. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

@RogersHelps Intermittent???? I'm a septuagenararian who hasn't phone service for over five hours, can't let anyone into my building though our intercom, and have no way to connect to my more fragile senior friends or to my delivery service 😡
