At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

The order was never activated and was already sent back. Calling/chatting hasn’t been possible due to extreme wait times. Please escalate instead of sending scripts.
