9/10 @rogers showing that they value their profit and ability to pay shareholders above stepping up to help #canadian workers who have lost their jobs and trying to survive I doubt I'm the only one looking to save $ one their #cellphone during #Covid_19

@RogersHelps No. All devices are slow. There are only two people in my household and if both of us are on social media, not even streaming video, it’s painfully slow. I’ve restarted my router several times and it doesn’t solve this issue.

@vickieemilie @Rogers @vickieemilie @RogersHelps is not the best - my friend waited for a month to get internet and when they did they had to send 3 technicians on different occasions. One even called to say he was on the way and never showed up...#CustomerExperience fail

I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.

@Rogers I tried to cancel my Sportsnet Plus package today. I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back. The reason is obvious NO SPORTS ON TV!

@Rogers why has my bill increased by 20% but your customer support is saying you are too busy to respond. @Bell I have never used you for TV and Internet but this might be the time to switch after 30 years at Rogers. Make me an offer.

@RogersHelps Everything went down at 9:26am AGAIN, Internet, TV Service. Riverside South Ottawa, K1X 1E1. I’m in high tech, incredibly busy working from home during COVID. When can we expect service to return. Both Internet AND TV hard to live without given the circumstances

@RogersHelps Our wifi has been down for about half an hour now. We’ve unplugged and replugged in our modem twice now. The LAN light is flashing but our WiFi is no longer showing as available. Any assistance would be great!

@RogersHelps It’s both. When it drops, all of the lights on the router besides the power light go off. It seems to come back up on its own after a couple of minutes, but it’s happened three times this afternoon now. We had issues with our router resetting two days ago as well.

Hi @Rogers, time to remind your techs out on the road that close-passing a cyclist is illegal and dangerous. Same driver close-passed me twice this evening. Too bad there are no identifying numbers on the truck, I could have told you which one it is. #ottbike #Ottawa

@RogersHelps We’ve has our internet drop three times this afternoon and I was hoping this could be looked into. We’re in Orléans and not sure if it’s a hardware issue or outage issue.

@RogersHelps After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

@Rogers As a customer of 30 years and for example, from Feb 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021, I paid Rogers $5,716.44 and this is how I’m treated???

@RogersHelps Ok, so you have no news on 5G, but how about some support for areas just outside of St. John’s. I am told that we should be able to jump on Bell or Telus towers, but that doesn’t happen
-
Peter Richard
(@smiler2729) reported
@Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers

@shlz @RogersHelps Same thing in Toronto but Rogers keeps acting like everyone is having little individual issues and wont post publicly about this massive outtage. Trying to hide the extent of it like they did in April when they left us all hanging in silence for the better part of a day.

yo @Rogers you gonna help pay for my mobile data bill since I have to rely on it because I unfortunately have a service, if you can even call it a service, called "Rogers Internet" which never works.
