The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

  • natsbrain Trashforming Nat🗑 (@natsbrain) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps we did receive the paperwork with changes to the account. we are just going to deal with it on monday... if you can’t quickly figure out, we’ll cancel the services and keep what we have. (the attempted upsell from the guy we called today was a lot. )

  • Robkilin Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps recently I called about a promotional plan you were offering 500u customers to find out I wasn't eligible because of my postal code how can you offer double the service for a third of the price based on geographical location .....

  • RickHgr Rick Haga (@RickHgr) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for the response, not sure the first sentence about being in a connected world is really necessary as all I was interested in knowing was if there was a problem and then some indication of what it was and what then repair timeline was estimated to be. Apology helps too.

  • pbraden3 Nvmd, ok. (@pbraden3) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@27Wright @Rogers #greedy #rogers this is how you get a #badreputation when you treat longtime customers this way!

  • AndrewLeung1979 Andrew Leung (@AndrewLeung1979) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@YTQ @Rogers Yeah I thought I remembered being able to do it before. That is too bad.

  • messybitch93 Sabrina (@messybitch93) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Rogers told me I'd get a refund cheque within 4-6 weeks and it's been 6 weeks and I'm cheque-less and sick of @rogers treating their customers like shit and taking their money.

  • zephyr064 Martin L 李蔭庭 (@zephyr064) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@tryoung Well, I found another thing that @FreedomMobile has over @Rogers. The mobile service at the @EYCentre is actually more reliable with Freedom during the @OttawaCC. I can actually get decent signal so I can look up the Comic Con schedule without having to step outside!

  • Kundun66 Chef Spidey (@Kundun66) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Sure hope that the @GlobalTV feed on @RogersHelps is better tonight than it was last night. Had to watch @BigBrotherCA On Demand to avoid the poor feed quality. #igniteTV

  • ottawabryan Bryan Brown 🇨🇦 (@ottawabryan) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps Lucky for the tech he didn’t need to do any outside work. This one was much more knowledgeable than the previous one and offered suggestions as well to help troubleshoot. Sadly issue is with my PVR box. Gotta replace it. Will call tonight.

  • MichaelSuddard Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@1darkblonde @Rogers Also took 8+ requests to get off their addressed mail list. They tried to get me to contact Canada Post. No dude, I don't want your company's shit. I'm literally being nice so you don't have to print it!

  • ottawabryan Bryan Brown 🇨🇦 (@ottawabryan) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Was impressed with #IgniteTV from @rogers for the past few months - that is until about 2 weeks ago. Service has been flaky for some reason. Lots of modem and “cable box” reboots needed lately. Hope it gets better soon for what I’m paying!

  • kavmac kavvysaurus (@kavmac) reported from Vanier, Ontario

so it turns out there’s an issue in the area with @RogersHelps’ cable internet, and not just an issue with my specific connection, according to @startca - makes me feel a LOT better, but now I have no idea when my upload issues will be resolved and I can stream again..

  • ottawabryan Bryan Brown 🇨🇦 (@ottawabryan) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

As if the Air Duct Cleaners and other spam calls weren’t bad enough now I’m getting fake @Rogers calls claiming they’ll upgrade my internet speed and cut the price in half. #hungup #spam

  • newlydisabled1 Newlydisabled1 (@newlydisabled1) reported

@RogersHelps Did anything*. 12 years of loyalty and the one year the world is affected we get punished by having no service. We’ve had crappy internet, overpriced cellphone plan, I’m using a broken cracked iPhone X. Was offered a $6.00 credit and now they want $7000…

  • dilipssnal Dilip Ss (@dilipssnal) reported

@Rogers Hello team,  I am extremely frustrated for being a loyal customer. Let me explain you: 1. I completed 24 months contract , I paid 72.97(inclusive of taxes). Also this includes plan+device. This could be a promotional offer, but how can  24 months(plan + device ) = 72.97

  • michaelcozens (((Michael '@jack & @biz love Nazi $' Cozens))) (@michaelcozens) reported

@RogersHelps why do you not offer 2 factor authentication on your customer accounts? This is appallingly negligent on your part; 2FA has been standard security for a decade. Hugely disrespectful to your paying customers, and highly unprofessional. Shame on you. #BreakUpRobelus

  • luiswcarrion Luis Carrión (@luiswcarrion) reported

@RogersHelps Seems the issue is the 5G, changed the network mode to GSM/HSPA/LTE so connected to LTE and no problems....

  • _zombieoverlord Zombie Overlord (@_zombieoverlord) reported

GODDAMMIT @Rogers get your **** together Friday I had no home internet, today I have no home internet yet again what good are you?

  • RmindsMeOfThis RmindsMeOfThis (@RmindsMeOfThis) reported

I’ve been told that @Rogers has no intention of fixing the severed cable but keeps stringing customers along. So much for that “obsessive” customer service @JoeNataleBLP #RogersSucks

  • MJalty1587 Marcin (@MJalty1587) reported

@RogersHelps The internet was working fine till 1230pm and has been down for 2.5 hours now, my account details don't matter.... check the service area and see how many reports you've gotten so far.... I've seen that you're getting reports from Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal and that's not all

  • xxHazzardousxx That guy Alex (@xxHazzardousxx) reported

@RogersHelps rogers made over 3.5 billion dollars at their Q2 earnings call, yet my home internet has been down for an hour today and 8 hours Friday. Its time to nationalize the telecoms. #cdnpoli which of you is brave enough to do it @theJagmeetSingh ? My moneys on you. Please.

  • paulcadiente Paul Cadiente (@paulcadiente) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, my Rogers Ignite TV is choppy, equally on wi-fi and I have also plugged straight into the Ignite Modem (ethernet) - are we experiencing any interruptions on the Ignite TV network?

  • newlydisabled1 Newlydisabled1 (@newlydisabled1) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve been doing that the last 6 days. You can’t do anything because it was cancelled “due to nonpayment” although we’ve been complaining all year and nobody did anhrbinf but give us a $7000 bill. We have to pay for a service that we don’t get to use.
