    I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.

    2/10 Back in July we upgraded our @rogers phones to unlimited data as my wife uses them for her businesses no problem to upgrade and no talk of us having to pay off what was owed on the phones

    @RogersHelps it's odd how right when my deal expires on my home internet, we start having major problems with the service. Internet has been constantly dropping out daily for the last few weeks. It's been off for almost an hour with no obvious explanation

    @WTIBull @RogersHelps As a kid I had went down a icy hill and slammed into a tree at the bottom ... walked home with a stick in my eye and when I opened the door my mom dropped /out cold. .. got ripped off as I didn't get a chopper ride to the hospital.     @CheriDiNovo @Rogers My dad is 81 yrs old lives alone and quite sick with COVID , up until 12:30 pm today he had no landline phone, no internet, no cable. What if he needed 911?@RogersHelps . I still do not have landline, etc. Using old cell phone I kept for emergency. This proves health/safety risk

    @vote4robgill @Rogers This is criminal. I had to take an entire day off work. Plus I pay the majority of my cable/internet via condo maintenance fees, so they're probably going to get the refund - not me? Oh, and it being included in the condo fees, if I cancel, I pay for it anyway.
