Today is the 3rd time I’ve cancelled a “second line” which I never signed up for to begin with. They stole hundreds of dollars from me then bounced me around to 3 different phone agents. Glitchy, can’t get through work, virtual meetings or tv shows without multiple disconnections, no sound, black screen, etc. It’s atrocious and expensive - bad combo!

Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

The only way I can get that speed is by switching to @Rogers. I don’t want to switch, but may not have a choice with teens + WFH.
