i'm so irritated. @RogersHelps can you get your company to actually be accountable for how unstable your services are?? internet has been down in my area all day, when we called rogers they said it was an outage but i haven't heard anything or seen anyone talking an outage since.

There was an old telephone line wired to the demarcation point that was shorting intermittently. Have any techs actually come to your residence yet?

@RogersHelps Trying to get a service activated which is a part of my bulk agreement. 15 calls and more than 2 hours wasted but no one from your team is able to assist in getting this accomplished. Worst customer service. Clueless agents who don't know their job. Worst service!
