I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

.@RogersHelps had a technician call for 8-10am today. First technician calls me at 8 and says our system is broken, I’ll reschedule for later today and hangs up. Second technician comes at 9am, leaves because of the same issue. Says he’ll be back between 4-6. Never comes back….
