@RogersHelps Our Nextbox remote is barely working. We have tried new batteries, reprogramming etc…and continue to have the same issue. The down channel button no longer works and the volume buttons are on the verge of not working at all.

@ItsDeanBlundell @breakfasttv @Rogers Possibly the only person less qualified or able to run a business in Toronto than Doug is Ed. There's a reason Ted didn't want Ed anywhere near the Chair gig. He put him in charge of the Blue Jays cause that pretty much can't help but be profitable & he damn near screwed that up.

Nobody from support @Rogers can solve 3 months of service that I never used and chip I didn’t activated. Do not trust any phone calls from @Rogers offering promotions, they will charge you services not provided.
