They sent their protection to a 3rd party who say it’s either $300 to replace or $100 to fix, taking one week. What a scam. I’m going to upgrade to the 11. Not Rogers.

They use immigrants to cover their tracks and cover complaints and problems. Then they make it so you can't get ahold of anyone else and they deny management. Only way law suit.
