What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

I have to say... this is a new record... it's taken to week 11 for me to have absolute dogsh!t service from @Rogers preventing me from watching football... Credit where it's due... most years I've had at least 3 Sundays of this garbage by now....

@RogersHelps I have been trying to get help with my ignite flex for over a month. Still cannot swap my channels. Please cancel all and just leave basic cable. I don’t have more hours to put on hold trying to get help. Too frustrating

@RogersHelps what a joke. I’m on hold an hour now. Called to cancel services & they said I have to do it thru customer retention. Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

@Rogers I'm okay keeping this in the public eye, can't imagine why you're not. I spoke to a call centre in Moncton this AM, was advised a same day service call was likely as we reside in mid-town Toronto. Was also told an area problem didn't exist. Lucky us! Alas nobody has shown.

Posting for a #friend! Her mother has a @Rogers cable account. Her mother is 83 years old and has been charged for 82 #Adult movies on demand since June 2019. Her mother has serious health issues and has been in the hospital 21 times since then.

PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks
