That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?
