Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bob Pickard (@BobPickard) reported@UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing. But this is the culture of Rogers under Edward Rogers and his beancounter CEO who don’t have the character and class to treat their stakeholders right.
-
Erin Madden (@ErinMaddenYWG) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps - need resolution on this in the next hour or you’ve lost customers who have been with you for over two decades.
-
Anmol katyal (@anmolkatyal2177) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps what a worst service. Since morning i am not able to access internet n trying to reach n connect to you guys but after 45 minutes of hold there is no one there to connect. I guess time to switch to @Bell
-
Birdy. (@thirtyspace) reported@day2day2day @seanlocations @Rogers ******** did the city do to you? Hate the corporates brother, not the entire city.
-
Erin Madden (@ErinMaddenYWG) reported@RogersHelps Your agent is telling us you can’t come until Jul 12. It was supposed to be done yesterday. If you can’t make it I’m sure Bell would be happy to help us.
-
JonnyCanuck (@JonnyCanuck77) reported@Rogers Did you actually just cancel Vancouvers only Sports talk radio station?? You absolute ******* crooks
-
NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS 🇿🇦 🇨🇦 🇵🇸 (@afterthesunsets) reported@Tammeh69 @RobTheHockeyGuy @Rogers You're too late, but never too late.
-
Stef Caunter (@StefCaunter) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers the government allowed them to "diversify". and this is the predictable outcome. instead of saying no and insisting that they provide quality service at reasonable price, like anywhere else in the world, they were allowed to use their monopoly advantage to buy tv rights and teams
-
little john (@johnpics12) reportedInternet access has been down for like 1hr and no one is answering at rogers over 45 on hold can’t do my job without this @rogers wow this is so sad
-
Bernie Roseke (@broseke) reported@MichelleRempel @Rogers If Canada were growing, you wouldn’t be seeing things shutting down regularly. This one even in the heart of Canada’s economic engine where two thirds of the growth is supposedly happening. It continues to feel pessimistic in spite of big talk by Mark Carney. All problems get solved with grand announcements of more and bigger government intervention, and the voters seem to lap it up. Canada will probably not be G7 country within a generation.
