    @JusticeQueen6 @VassyKapelos That guys sheer ignorance is the pure portrayal of @RogersHelps as a company. Few years ago I had multiple ignorance encounters with them, their call centres and the service managers have zero service attitude, it was like pulling teeth to get payment issues resolved. #rogers 👎🏽

    @RogersHelps I am still having problems. Can't record. Can't watch tv without the program freezing, loss of sound, loss of picture. It's happening on all channels
