@RogersHelps Team, please let me know if someone can help in resolving this issue. I have sent a DM and waiting for response.

@Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. They’re definitely looking to replace humans.

@RogersHelps It resolved itself last night while I was in the queue for support. It was the second time in the last few days the issue has cropped up, so I’m hoping it won’t be back.

@Mr_E_ous @RogersHelps Yes exactly!! I still have no service and they’re saying is nothing is wrong w their service.

  • BKOttawa
    Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps Worst service ever!! Can’t get a technician for 3 days

Call me Sully 🇨🇦 (@paul__sullivan) reported

@RogersHelps I have wasted more than 7 hours trying to deal with this on behalf of a 90 yr old relative who, unfortunately, is not returning home from the hospital. This is turning into the kind of story that earns Rogers a terrible reputation and loses customers for life.

@BrianReid597401 @Rogers biting the bullet and letting them pick high is a bad idea because not only are you not getting those high draft picks, but you are giving them to teams in the conference and division who you are going to try and compete with
