@RogersHelps Private tickets are a slow incident detector. If this maps to one update, post the intake, carrier settings/iOS fields to capture, and who owns rollback.

I’ve been calling since Monday regarding a refund that was supposed to be in my account by now. I already canceled my service due to poor customer service, but being on hold for over 40 min without an answer is a total lack of respect for consumers. Resolve this @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I said I need the new xfinity, as that was what i was told, not that I have to change all packages. Next round with customer care.

@RogersHelps you are cutting costs. How about clients leaving for poor service and going to bell because of your cutbacks. Losing more money for your poor service

@RogersHelps cable Internet and mobile data down in South Ottawa. Outage map shows nothing. Thankfully my work phone is Bell so I can send this message. Any ETA on service resumption?

@Rogers I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years and just got charged $745.80 to cancel. That’s far above industry norms. Looking for a fair resolution here—can someone from your team reach out?

@RogersHelps For the first year RF signal from C8689 was rock solid - 4 bars on various phones, Nokia last mile, etc. Now RF signal fluctuates about every 10 minutes. I have clear LOS to tower about 1 km away. Neighbours reporting the same problem
