I’ve honestly had ENOUGH of @Rogers !! I’ve been bounced around to 8 different people and NO ONE can rectify my issue or even SUCCESSFULLY transfer me to a manager! This is absolutely ridiculous!!

@RogersHelps Works fine on Smartphone with no issues it seems. Trying the same show that is giving me issues on the tablet. Tablet is up to date with software. Apps are all up to date as well. I actually just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same issue. 😩

@RogersHelps @rogers yet again, your service disappoints me. I PAY for channels and I expect to be able to view them! I PAY for Ignite, but it’s features are pointless! I can’t play a REPEAT episode of a show. I missed it by just half an hour, so why can’t I just replay it?

@Rogers how do you do business with 3rd party insurance @Brightstar /Likewize? 578 Better Business Borough complaints/1 star Google review. I have been with you on the same wireless plan for 18yrs. They are denying me a repair I pay monthly for & costing you a lifelong customer.
