JohnnyCanuck (@DarkMaple) reported from Ottawa, OntarioHey, fun fact! If you're using @Rogers Ignite, you're locked out of modifying your modem's #DNS settings! That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!
-
StoneySpartan (@StoneySpartan) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps Internet not working in Nepean. Service is intermittent, is there an ETA on when it will be resolved? I've tried resetting my modem.

-
PARAGON CAUSE (@ParagonCause) reported from Ottawa, OntarioSpoke to TekSavvy about issues post @Rogers disaster. We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC
-
Les OReilly (@LesOReilly) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Rogers 8pm on a Friday and you “reward” me as a customer to have a “partner” calling on “your behalf” to sell me something??? Seriously?? Caller ID even lists them as Rogers...

Samantha (@samanthadolly28) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. me posting my Ls 🇱🇧🇵🇸 (@lebaneseogre) reported from Ottawa, OntarioI still can not login to @PlayStationCA network through my useless @RogersHelps supposedly fiberoptics internet. I also can not upload vids or pics on twitter? I would need to switch to data on my phone to do so. Bottom tier provider. Switching asap #rogersoutage #Rogersinternet
-
TF Doyle (@cf_td3) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Rogers @RogersHelps Going to try this method as your customer service online and calling in is VERY unacceptable and I've been waiting on both options for over 30 mins. Or your avoiding people you are aware you are robbing from... #answerthecall

-
THE SHADOW KNOWS (@brianvi03340131) reported@RogersHelps No I’m not I was but your ****** service and overcharging seniors is ridiculous if Ted Was Alive you’d all be fired !
-
Ashley Banks💲L, for the love of Lola❣️ (@lola4president) reported@Rogers WE NEED OUR SERVICE RESTORED!
-
Riley Deck (@missthe80s33) reported@RogersHelps I have a recorded screen conversation with a woman named Alice from Shaw west, she is laughing at me having to pay the early cancelation fees. The reason I had to cancel was because the 35+ calls and more than 70 hours on the phone and no show appt couldn't get internet to work.
-
Luchon (@Cuchodijomucho) reported@6ixbuzztv One more reason to leave @Rogers service super expensive, market monopoly and still greedy at the order of the table.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
-
Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.
-
Clifford Mathew (@cliffmathew) reported@MelissaLMRogers At some point @Rogers lost its way. They stopped caring for customers. I was a customer for years and they kept charging extremely high prices (more than double the market price). Had no choice but to leave.
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@DenySully @Rogers They are the worst!
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.

SGA~ 🇨🇦 (@SGA18445004084) reported@hollyanndoan @Rogers @peternowak Why can in the US a cell provider like Mint Mobile pop up with $15 plans from scratch While we in Canada allow moats around everything Legacy and settle for inferior overpriced service
