Got @Rogers #Ignite despite warnings of poor dependability. Now, our internet and TV services are a nightmare. Glitchy, can’t get through work, virtual meetings or tv shows without multiple disconnections, no sound, black screen, etc. It’s atrocious and expensive - bad combo!

@RogersHelps openly stealing money from my Visa card. Today is the 3rd time I’ve cancelled a “second line” which I never signed up for to begin with. They stole hundreds of dollars from me then bounced me around to 3 different phone agents. This is disgusting. #Rogers is a scam.

Every time I think @Rogers cant get worse they do everything they can to prove me wrong. First you guys force me to use some dumb "Pro-on-the-go" service to get my phone so someone can tell me how to put a sim card in my phone.
