We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC

At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.
