    @RogersHelps new modem arrived today after some hiccups. Can’t get the 5G wifi working properly. Can only connect on 2.4. Just got kicked off a zoom meeting twice. Very unstable Internet. Help! Please! I’ve missed an entire day of work trying to get this sorted out

    @fabien_doiron @RogersHelps I am in a deal now, obviously the 1 yr expiry for that deal is next month, they have decided to raise the price rather than leave it status quo for a few more months. They are the worst.

    I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.

    @Rogers I tried to cancel my Sportsnet Plus package today. I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back. The reason is obvious NO SPORTS ON TV!

    @RogersHelps It’s both. When it drops, all of the lights on the router besides the power light go off. It seems to come back up on its own after a couple of minutes, but it’s happened three times this afternoon now. We had issues with our router resetting two days ago as well.

    @RogersHelps I have my 4th tech visit to my house apparently booked with a senior tech in the next day or two. Hopefully this tech can fix our issues. Rogers incompetency to fix our WiFi issues have cost me a ridiculous amount in. Cell phone data usage. Enough is enough. @RogersHelps

    So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

    @RogersHelps There’s nothing to look into on a case basis, it’s your end. There’s clearly an outage in Kitchener/Waterloo, fix it.
