I've been trying to connect with a rep several times and literally been hung up on immediately after someone picked up 4 times so far after waiting on hold .... This is pretty sad customer service. Perhaps look into training your reps a bit better.

I was told Roger's only sells the products and the 1 year warranty is to be honored by Samsung. So, i went to Samsung and said they will not fix or replace hardware.

Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.
