Amanda (@copperfoxx) reported@RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. It’s been an issue since Roger’s took over, doesn’t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. -
Jaskaran Singh (@jzsingh91) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t you think I have tried calling the move department a few times! Tagging you on socials is the last thing I wanted to do. What is your policy if the new address is non-serviceable and the customer has an existing contract with rogers?
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service
