@RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

Going to cancel my 4 Rogers cell phones and switch to Bell. Will also cancel Bell home phone. Tired of spam calls from Rogers when I keep telling them to stop.
