I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

This is unacceptable . Rogers has been unfair in most of his billings and they charge customers left and right - with 0 visibility on how to raise a dispute.And on top of it, their specialists behave in this unruly manner, when customer complain about this unfair billings.
