    @Rogers @AEBT95825217 I got my bill with the credit for the outage, I'm not sure how Rogers calculates 5 days of service but a $20 credit on a $240 bill is not the cost 5 days worth of service as we were promised.

    @RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. Iโ€™ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

    @RogersHelps Our Ignite internet/TV are out but when I check our network status online, it says no issues in our area. I believe weโ€™re out due to the storm and was wondering about an ETA for service restoration. Thanks!

    @RogersHelps is internet down in the Orleans Ontario area (K4A 4A1) have not been able to connect to the internet for the last 45 minutes. Tried unplugging the router several times.

    One of the reason I left @RogersHelps TV was the stupidity of the technical service and having to spend hours and hours of my time on hold waiting for equipment that is plug and play

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND Iโ€™m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my โ€˜net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    @RogersHelps I tried customer service at Rogers and Samsung, they both just didn't know what to do. ๐Ÿ˜• they just said factory reset it, but I shouldn't have to do that. I need my photos in it. I think there's an actual glitch, just like the @SamsungMobile 7 that caught fire all the time.

    @RogersHelps what the hell is wrong with your service in Ottawa south. Every few seconds there is sound and video drop out. I have rebooted the box 2 times already. It is worse on the lower channels. VERY annoying.

    Hey @RogersHelps - internet up and down in my area for 5 days, have called several times, now tech support says maintenance should look at it in the next few days. Why no urgency?

    Does anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

    @MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

    @RogersHelps your cellular network is down in Gunter Ontario. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to report it. Everyone Iโ€™ve asked on the lake has the same problem. Your network tracking page says there are no issues.

    Dear @Rogers and @RogersHelps your customer service sucks!!! I have spent 3 days trying to speak to someone on your live chat to resolve my issue. Every time I have been disconnected with less than 5 people ahead of me. This IS unacceptable!!!!
