Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.
