It’s not reliable at all, and none of your technicians is able to fix it. The last visit was on last Monday when they replaced the modem, but this one did not fix it.

These are newly developing subdivisions but they are in the middle of already developed areas. It just seems like there is a stretch of area around Welland/Fonthill that it just abysmal
