    @RogersHelps You guys suck right now. It's been happening since Wednesday. Speed is good but bottlenecks all over the place. Trecert shows bad hops. When are you going to fix this???

    @RogersHelps It’s not just the app it’s the connection. It’s been beeping every hour to remind me it’s not connected to the network. I have done all the troubleshooting and still Network Lost
