    The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I went down that rabbit hole earlier in the week for 5 hours with zero resolution, so no, I won't be doing that.

    @RogersHelps hello guys. Have no cable Internet service since about 11.20 last night (Bolton/Palgrave area). Have rebooted modem without improvement. Just get the orange flashing light. Is the service down or has my modem failed. Thanks!

    @RogersHelps does not help at all . Whats the point of having customer service when all they do is play with you and keep transferring the call rather than giving you a straight answer or solving the issue. Absolutely disgusting service .. please do not sign up for their services

    @RogersHelps the worst service ever. Just paid my bill , haven’t had wifi for a day because of an “outage” , not a single service rep to help out. Rogers needs to be shut down for this attitude 🖕oh and I still don’t have wifi , orange blinks means “outage” .. fckn losers

    @blackcomb10 @RogersHelps @TheSlam My cable, internet, and home phone are still down since yesterday. The response I got from Rogers - there does not appear to be an outage in my area? LOL!! This is nuts. There is no problem in my home. This is getting annoying fast

    @blackcomb10 @RogersHelps Tell me about it. I reported the outage last night at 7pm. Finally spoke to an agent this morning at 10am— no ticket was ever created to fix the issue!
