@RogersHelps No idea how a billion dollar company can’t fix their stuff. I’m paying enough! I got scammed when I signed up to upgrade my XR to the promax..and literally doubling my bill. When I questioned it I was “misinformed by sales staff” stiffing me $130 a month! 😖 phone gonna go back.

@Rogers @RogersHelps The inconvenience caused is not linearly dependent on the amount of time it continues; rather, it becomes more and more inconvenient, disconcerting, and frustrating as each hour goes by … How can I be reached in an emergency? What’s the credit I can expect on my next bill?
