    The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

    @RogersHelps I need VOICEMAIL that works!!! I thought 72 hours was a ridiculous time frame, and now it’s just going to take some indeterminate length of time beyond that? If they can’t fix it, they need to cancel the whole deal, put my phone number back where it was, and be done with it.

    @RogersHelps Line down on access to beach by my place will be covered in snow tomorrow. Perfect conditions become a trip wire for people accessing the beach and for snowmobilers also accessing it. Please help b4 Monday am scheduled repair b/c possibly very dangerous.

    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps why are you promoting live hockey streams that don't stream well? It's not one device, a particular household, a specific router, NO, the problem is your new app, it is insulting to get this promotrd tweet knowing that you are selling a defective product

    @Rogers Removed Crave from account 3 times now (once online and twice by phone)! It does not show up as an existing subscription but I continue to get charged for it each month. So much time taken to try and solve this simple issue! Frustrated by this continued charge!

    My @Rogers internet bill just went up $35... that's no way to keep a customer returning. Maybe I should check out @Bell and see if they know how to treat loyal customers

    @RogersHelps y’all are too jokes man. You send me an email an hour after the outage saying my services are down. Then you send a notification to the wrong phone number saying it’s fixed. Get your stuff together.

    @rogershelps getting activation failed error 012 for my ignite tv. Was on fold hold for 44 min, then transferred and have been on hold for 30 more. Please help.

    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps Why are you promoting and collecting money for an app with extremely poor streaming quality? Constant buffering, frame skipping, stuttering, server errors, in many devices

    @RogersHelps Thanks, but been there done that; got escalated to another level who also haven’t done anything to fix it. Clearly I should have stayed put; never crossed my mind that #Rogers wouldn’t bother about making sure my voicemail worked. Kind of assumed y’all knew what you were doing!

    guess what?! My @Rogers ~business~ cellphone still can't take a simple message! Voice-mail still doesn't work. I did get an email saying that there's a delay though. But they're working on it. Uh huh. Sure they are! #customerexperience #Rogers
