@rogers. Your data network DOES NOT WORK on @Meaford Fix it. Don’t tell me to DM you. I already have multiple times and spent hours on the phone. You know the location. Fix it.

@RogersHelps Stop pretending like these are isolated, individual issues. Waterloo has lost internet & TV again, as are other regions. What is the cause for this second outage? When will it be fixed? Why not give us extra cell data to cope while you fix issues YOU CAUSED?

  • desktopfather David Rivard (@desktopfather) reported

@RogersHelps Thank you but service is still not back to normal. Voice drops off and picture freezes

@DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Without getting into tinfoil hat conspiracies, no I do not. I am very curious to hear what the root cause might have been. To me the explanations being offered are not enough to explain why all the networks went down.. but I am not an expert

  • paulskent58 Paul Kent (@paulskent58) reported

One day @Rogers will learn that using their sports network to amplify unfair things said about NHL players is directly connected to Canadian teams being unable to sign good free agents which directly affects their revenues and profits nationally.
