@CRTCeng @Rogers @RogersMediaPR I would like to know how in 2022, Rogers is blatantly refusing to unlock older devices for non customers. In fact, if you call them, their managers refuse to speak to you and agents refuse to help you.

@RogersHelps ignite box has cut out 16 times since 4pm in stratford, I have restarted it 5 times and it has gotten more frequent, and this typically happens two maybe three times a week but not this bad.

@Rogers brutal, early this morning Internet goes down. Without any notice and everyone working from home they decide to do a random system upgrade in my area… 12 hours later there’s no update. Always expecting us to pay crazy fees. Rogers needs to be better.
