    When I signed up for Rogers Ignite TV @rogers I explicitly asked if something happens where I have to cancel the service, would I still maintain my email address & I was told yes by the sales person. Today I’m being told something else. #sofrustrated!!!

    @Rogers Bugged once more, it's now the 5th time this year, time to switch to another network. Now we cant complete calls what so ever. Yet they still charge you full price for such a disgusting service.

    @RogersHelps @NascarWeeWee You never helped my 88 year old mother who was without a phone for 3 weeks. We switched to Bell and even then you didn't port her phone. She had to get a new phone number. This is criminal!
