@RogersHelps @FidoSolutions I’m wondering when the discount that was promised is going to be for the giant outage that occurred? I’ve checked my July bill for internet and phone and there was 0 discount for missing an entire day of work with no service.

Rogers never once called me to lower anything, I’m not having an issues with bell as I stated and they are still calling me to lower my bill and give me promos. Telus and bell share the same LTE network.

@RogersHelps no service with ignite since 4pm, two adults WFH and the best your techs can do is send someone 24+hours later. Long list of connection issues with ignite. Will also be looking to change our 10+ business phones as well. You need to be better to service WFH & business
