They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I’ve followed all the steps (no dashes or box #’s etc) and it’s just not recognized (according to YOU) by Canada Post, and yet I get mail w/o issue.
