@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

So @Rogers you don’t hav an explanation for an issue that’s happened twice in 2 yrs? As a customer since 2008 I’ll be looking for a new carrier.

@RogersHelps Wow, you can’t even properly show where the service interruptions are and your links lead to statements posted over 10 hours ago, luckily I’m not a customer and will NEVER become one! #rogersoutrage

@frambrady33 @Rogers @RogersHelps I was curious if you still feel safe in Canada as you reported earlier. You can't call someone in a costume to come and help you?

@RogersHelps @Rogers Just got internet service back after more than 24 hours. Still blotchy and extremely slow. This is what happens when a company monopolize the entire market with almost no regulations.

@RogersHelps I would like to see facts. What is a "vast majority"? We still have no home phone no TV no internet - at least cell service seems to be back solid today. After 11 days of outage during the Derecho in May this is intolerable - and that May outage - no credit offered!!?

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers I can live without internet I cannot live without money are you dense? No one could go pull money out people where stuck all over the place cause they couldn't access there money cause of a service provider they probably don't even use. Roger's impacted all of canada...

@CTVToronto You know, some people depend on their phone having service to work (ie delivery drivers). This outage means they lose a day of work and their paycheck will be smaller! For families like mine this is a huge hit on finances. @Rogers should cut this cycle's bill in half!
