    @RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    Hard to understand why @Rogers isn’t able to provide account credits/waiver for the time that is wasted by their representatives with poor customer service. Do they value their customers good business and time?

    @RogersHelps ... that handle is a bit of a misnomer, don't you think? My brother is in the hospital, unable to deal with his affairs... and you say that we need a power of attorney just to put his account on hold? He can't even sign the damn form! Heartless.

    @RogersHelps Ignite services down since this morning, Rogers has not changed and did not learn anything from that embarrassing system outage last summer. I spend $600 a month with Rogers, but that will soon be with Bell. Do better Rogers!

    @RogersHelps The only credit I got was $20 from the mass outage in the fall, and a tiny discount on service. Why shouldn't I go to @Bell? no one in my building has issues with them, and they've given me a massive incentive to sign with them. just wanted to avoid the new account set up, but...

    @RogersHelps I have a massive ongoing history with issues. I upgraded my modem to the ignite hub I can view from my phone... which I was assured would fix my issue, especially considering I work from home and lost hundreds of dollars from not being able to sign in. & still... it's always down

    @RogersHelps Ignite internet snd TV has been down since this morning, it seems Rogers learned nothing after that embarrassing system outage last summer. Ill take my $600 per month Services to Bell, should have canceled last summer .

    @RogersHelps I had a very bad experience with your unprofessional agent called " Shalini " , , late in answering, very improper questions , left me for more than half an hour to transfer me to another agent or cancellation department, not helpful at all.
