shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@RogersHelps i waited online for a rep just to be disconnected after 2.5 hours as soon as i got to the front of the line. just send me the link to simply cancel it ONLINE without having to talk to anyone. i know this is possible because i’ve done it before. or did you remove that option??

New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments. Order showed $0 down, then $447.50, then $333, and now $834.86 more. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. Requesting urgent resolution. #Rogers #CustomerExperience #Canada
