@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps Have tried to send to that number multiple times over the past week. ‘Message Failed To Send.’ That’s why I’m telling you guys to fix it. I get 5-6 scam texts a day minimum. You don’t do a good job of filtering them BEFORE we get them

@Rogers This is funny, my internet went down 30 mins ago and tried what that robot told me to do and nothing helped. I tried to call both of ur 24/7 technical number and tells me the customer center is closed. Are u guys serious??
