@RogersHelps My MyRogers account has been down for weeks, there's no progress being made on the ticket to fix it and now I don't have access to my bill and no one seems to be able to help me. I keep getting shoved around to different reps. How are you going to help me?

@RicoRyder20 @Rogers @RogersHelps Duck Rico, another ***** slap is coming. Just got my bill 2$ rebate for that issue in April. Billionaires throwing table scraps at us average folk. Screwed how many Canadians and here’s 2$.

@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps Generally, missed calls do not show on the phone if it was turned off. The only way for calls to show on a phone (missed or otherwise) is if the calls actually reach the phone. If the phone is off or without service, the calls never reached the phone

@Rogers have a friend that is migrating from a local cable service that was acquired by Rogers to Ignite and she was asked for her SIN or passport number. What’s the reason for this? A totally unacceptable request.

@AKostanuick @RogersHelps #NHLLive is shady. I had a problem last playoffs and they couldn't help me. Just kept transferring my call to the same three people I just talked with.

@RogersHelps She is not a new customer . She has been with the provider that Rogers acquired for over 20 years. I’ve never been asked for this level of personal information by any vendor and wouldn’t provide it. A credit card should be sufficient.

@RhondaWarnerTM @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 2$ that’s what they think of all of us. Can’t take money away from a billion dollar company. This is how they treat us average folks who pays there bill

@Bell very disappointed & frustrated with very poor customer service! I have contacted Bell 4 times now re. dead wifi spots. Bells solution = pay more money in order to receive wifi pods! @rogers is giving away pods to their customers free! Regretting making the change to Bell!

@Rogers You don’t care about your own customers in Canada, lmao. 2$ rebate for your mistake in April is a giant ***** slap to us. How many Canadians were affected and couldn’t work or do school work with kids? Your response 2$, can’t get a damn pop with that.
