    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps It just erks me that a multi million dollar company like @Roger's cannot get their internet service back up and running within 8 hours. There should be a contingency plan for this sort of outage, instead us customers have to lose business, appointments etc. Not good

    @Rogers @RogersHelps So I get my bill for the month of May that is suppose to have the credit for the outage in April. And discovered that the credit for the day of lost service equals a whopping $2.50 What a ******* joke! This is unacceptable for the huge inconvenience it caused
