    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @Rogers was on hold for 3.5 hours... spoke with 2 different associates (kate/Eda) and now you disconnect my call? This is my 3 time trying to get through. I've called my cc and told them to void any charges you post up. Your service is disgusting and deplorable.

    Tell me @RogersHelps, do I need to make a harrassment complaint to get your collection agencies to stop calling me about YOU incorrectly billing me after an account was closed and the equipment returned in 2015? They have the audacity to offer me 2 pay BS bill to make calls stop

    Hey @EpsonCanada … just an FYI that due to @Rogers self admitted lack of training, they were unable to assist with helping to navigate a router issue resulting in having to return your product.

    @niks_1985 @Rogers During last Roger's outage, went to BLS office at Gillingham Drive , stood in line for about 20 mins early in the morning and they said, due to Rogers outage, we can't do anything today. Glad that I switched from Rogers to Bell last December.

    @RogersHelps Had a question about suspending part of our service. Anna couldn't help. I waited 30ish minutes to chat (with Amir) & was cut off in the middle of our conversation. I was on hold on the phone for about 1.5 hours but had to hang up because I had an appointment. Very disappointed.
