Matan Buchler (@Walsurus) reported@RogersHelps That is the number I am on with. I just got off with a manager. They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department I’m looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

Luminier (@Lunar_Dusk) reported@RogersHelps I am currently residing in Vietnam. On April 10th, I contacted your call center to settle the remaining balance in full and requested to cancel my account. However, the final payment has still not been processed, which is preventing me from closing my Canadian bank account.

DWIT 3D & Laser (@Dwit3d) reported@Rogers I have been on the phone now for over 3 hours trying to fix an issue that YOU caused. Transferred from one department to another, then back to the original department and still waiting. You make me want to cancel ALL of my services with you. This is not right!
-
Bianca 🌻 (@SnoringMoose) reported@RogersHelps I said I need the new xfinity, as that was what i was told, not that I have to change all packages. Next round with customer care.
-
White Morpheus (@_slime_man) reported@RogersHelps Following these steps didn't seem to fix the issues on my phone or my friend's phone, which is funny cause that would lead me to believe there's a service disruption that isn't listed on your website. Some transparency would be good on that imo

Storm Silvawalker 🇨🇦 (@StormSilvawalk1) reported@RogersHelps For me it's Connections > satellite networks If I follow Connection > Mobile Network >network operators I have to disable select automatically to view available. I don't see Rogers satellite there but maybe if I was back where I was yesterday? Do I need to switch myself?
