I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

@RogersHelps The lack of updates and communication is most annoying especially when their first reply is check your modem. The outage, inability to communicate effectively, the time it takes issues to be fixed are more reasons we need more competition from outside Canada like 3 , T mobile o2
