    @RogersHelps 2 calls in, both time promised a callback from fraud and nothing. I saw personal info online for another client whos account was on my logon and I assume my login information was changed to him based on the automatic emails I've seen and I'm locked out. great privacy

The worst experience i have ever had, i bet i am still in that credit agency, i returned the god damn box before leaving ON. Worst customer service of any provider in Canada, never use Rogers.

    Has the @CRTCeng ever indicated it would crack down on @Rogers and @Bell_Aliant issuing non-returned equipment charges for equipment that was returned? Multiple times I've gotten receipts and confirmation numbers only to find out I was charged on a credit report a year later.
