Second the “monopoly” had nothing to do with irresponsible millennials from having a back up phone in case of this situation. No one to blame but yourself.

@RogersHelps This is a drastic understatement. 6 hours since this was posted and no updates. Proves how insignificant customer communication is. This has made it so i can't work at all simply because i can't receive a phone call or text to complete dual authentication for work. What a joke
