Ice Xiao (@icyyicee) reportedHey @Rogers, it's hard to say goodbye. Literally. I cancelled my internet service with you, and was told to bring my old modem to a Rogers store to return. Then I was told by the Rogers store to call you and get a shipping label. Then I called..

Keef (@0xKeef) reported@Rogers has continued to put markets not named Toronto on the backburner while providing a product that simply doesnt work. from streams at sub 720p that fail, media that is more sports betting than actual commentary, and now more cancellations in their second biggest market. you should not give them a single dollar of your hard earned money. shame on rogers and all involved

Andrew Kohlsmith (@akohlsmith) reported@RogersHelps Yep. Thought I'd mentioned that in my tweet rage last night, but I did follow the self-service steps. Rebooted, reset network settings, erased/reinstalled the app, etc. I even used the xfinity app on osx (it can run iphone apps) so I could grab the login URL and used it manually with Safari on OSX - same type of issue, just not an oops screen but a forever three dots animation. I admit that trying it that way is beyond "normal use" but wanted to see if I could kick up a different error.

Melanie (@MellieLangie) reported@RogersHelps Hi again, I tried calling the customer service line just now and was once again told the customer service team was too busy, I should try again later then promptly disconnected. I’ve called 3 different days at different times. I’m genuinely curious if anyone is working there
