I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.

There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.

I tried to contact for support but there is no option for email issues & your AI chat is useless & customer service hrs & options are terrible. This is unacceptable.

This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.

In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didn’t care. Said it wasn’t fraud.
