    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Unless you do something about your truly shittastic rural internet, **** off. I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.

    @fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

    Hey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.

    @oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

    @RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

    @RogersHelps Believe or or not, cable is not available in every region. This means for some of us, in blackout means NO hockey at all for some Canadians. Why doesn't somebody mandate at least one game on regular tv each week?

    Any guesses on the worst customer service? Did you guess @Rogers @RogersHelps? You’re right! Over 4 hours cumulative on hold. Kept getting disconnected. Now they are closed. I guess retaining your customers is not priority. #ihaterogers #rogers

    I'm dreaming of a day when @Rogers will stop ripping off its customers and actually upgrades their network like they were told to by the #CRTC a year ago now, instead of selling customers service that their network cannot physically handle most of the time.

    I recommend no one subscribe to any new @RogersHelps services related to #ignite. There is an unresolved fraudulent @netflix direct billing issue, voiced in multiple online forums. This is really bad stuff Rogers. What gives? Netflix doesn't even have a $39 subscription in Can.

    @RogersHelps I am fed up calling with you since last month regard to waiver of set up fee on both numbers in my account. I contacted last month after hold of 1 hour & still the charges hasn’t been reversed in account. Is this called client experience? Worst experience

    @RogersHelps It has now resolved. It would be really great if Rogers could have an outage map or something more public than asking the chat bot if I’m supposed to have internet or not.
