    @RogersHelps It was cancelled oct 12. My numbers were ported to bell then every month after i kept being charged for 2 lines.I called in November to cancel the account. They never did as well left the lines going and kept charging me. Go into account you can see the lines have never been used

    @RogersHelps @Rogers How is it possible that my connection goes down 3 or 4 times a night. Is it just in the Vaughan market. Internet and WIFI are working fine. Please just fix it! This has been going on for over a month. Very Frustrating!!!! Why!!!!!!!!

    @laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

    @RogersHelps Itโ€™s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time
