Glitchy, can’t get through work, virtual meetings or tv shows without multiple disconnections, no sound, black screen, etc. It’s atrocious and expensive - bad combo!

I had 4 tech visits in 8 months (imagine the cost!), all establishing the same fact - the problem is the outdated infrastructure and the weak signal getting into my house from the outdoor box.
