It seems to come back up on its own after a couple of minutes, but it’s happened three times this afternoon now. We had issues with our router resetting two days ago as well.

I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back.
