I sort of thought @rogers would proactively wave sport programming fees during the pandemic. instead, it made it impossible to cancel the package without booking a call back. The reason is obvious NO SPORTS ON TV!

It seems to come back up on its own after a couple of minutes, but it’s happened three times this afternoon now. We had issues with our router resetting two days ago as well.

The cell phones in my house are $300 a month and the cable is about the same. So $40 credited for not being able to look at Instagram or watch CNN for a day is that bad. It’s not great. But it’s fair.
