    @Rogers When it works... which is only about 13-14 days at a time. Then you have to call and listen to lie after lie about why it is out and when somebody will come to fix it. Worst company and service ever. #movingtoBell

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my β€˜net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    @RogersHelps Too late now. Always was a strong supporter of Roger’s and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company I’m done.

    @aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

    @RogersHelps @TheKarltopia Karl, what their AI bot is really saying, is that this basic feature has existed for a decade, but our systems and tech teams are too old, stupid, or stubborn to implement it, so please PLEASE choose another provider. Just wait until you have to call their business support....
