@RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

@Rogers I did DM and the response I just got was ‘sorry the contact info you are trying and that we don’t answer is the only way to reach us’. Literally your customer service response is ‘we can’t be reached’.

Your monthly contribution is nothing compared to the cost of running a cellular network. You're not entitled to anything.
