Don’t fall for the appearance of help. The original post says these exposed wires have been ignored for four years. Another “please DM us” response changes nothing.

Even though I canceled all Roger’s services after almost 50years because of their horrible customer service after they layed off staff and contracted customer service to 3rd world countries.

When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?
