    Working in tech, I’m used to services having status pages that customers can check for reported outages. Imagine my surprise when it took me 2 hours calling @Rogers @RogersHelps to even get an answer if there is an outage... during a crisis when internet is critical.

    @rogers @rogershelps 3 straight days of internet issues in the evening hours. 7 phones calls. 1 service call that shouldn't have been booked. 2 maintenance tickets, the first one cleared because they claim they didn't have enough information, & the second one cleared (page 1)

    @RogersHelps We keep losing internet. Streaming audio or video or internet call, then everything freezes or turns robotic sound. Then after a few minutes back... then again. Area code L3S. Issues for past 2-3 days.

    @BramaleaDD @RogersHelps @Rogers @fordnation @JustinTrudeau One issue is that cellular bandwidth is vastly more limited than broadband data. That surge in cellular data usage by lifting those data caps could cripple the networks.
