    @kaplanmyrth .@Sportsnet & @Rogers crappy on-screen product should learn from the streaming services how to actually produce a broadcast. The streamers FAR outstrip the quality available from those charlatans. But they're fat, lazy and rich and don't give a crap about the product, just $$$.

    @RogersHelps TY, after numerous calls I have been escalated (2x).Hopefully tech will show up with a new box 2morrow.Point is, cust. service people are trying their best - it’s a bigger problem; we are paying for a service.Imagine going to a movie, and it fails - you would want money back?

    Well… @RogersHelps no longer has the “add a line for $10/mo to share data+voice” family option. It is now an additional $55/mo to do the same & that is on-top of the still limiting data. Somebody remind me, which country has the worst telcos? @CRTCeng
