@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@RogersHelps @phil_jacobson It's a chronic outage, not intermittent. Stop minimizing the issue when it's nationwide. You guys are ridiculous and should be ashamed. Going to Bell - thanks for the push.

@RogersHelps Money talks. You're always on unpaid bills in minutes and charging fees. What's the reverse fee for hours of no service?

@Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo This is getting to be an issue. Living alone through Covid makes having phone service pretty important. My internet has worked but my phone is still not working. When will this issue be fixed?

@RogersHelps Why is your service not up and running yet?? Completely unacceptable from company such as yours. Maybe you should credit everyone for today's interruption since nobody has access to make business, personal or other important calls. Also, a heads up notice would have been nice!

@RogersHelps @Ashok_Kd No rush it’s not like we pay for this important/essential service. I’m confident we will all see a credit for “intermittent issues” on our next bill.
