Anyone in the #Toronto area have trouble getting @CBCNews on their TV? When I click on that channel (#26), I hear the announcer, but the screen is stuck and frozen. Is this a @RogersHelps issue? Or CBC's satellite is out of order? I have no problem with other channels.

@Albert_Nobbs @Rogers This one time, I bought a new phone and both the old one and new one would ring. This was before sim and unlocking.. they straight up said to me that it wasn't happening. Went in gave them my new phone. Then had tech support call me back. Witnessing, still saying impossible.

@RogersHelps Still waiting for our 573 dollar credit. You have the Apple Watch and our money. Don’t you see a problem with this? Every rep sees the credit is pending and it should only take “two days”. See my first tweet for how long two days has been. We paid this on our credit card! Fix it
