    @RogersHelps - after going to 2 stores and being told I’m being overcharged - and to call to get help - I’m at 10hrs on hold with self serve asking me to call. In 18hrs I’ve gone from upgrading everything to cancelling internet, tv, phone and 2 mobile accounts after 24yrs.

    1st you have US wait 2Hrs to get a hold of someone, only to get disconnected or cold silence! Been with this company for many yrs and hold 3lines! While there're better plans & service don't why I waste my time! Something needs to get! ASAP @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers

    Is @rogers internet not working today? Tv keeps cutting out & wifi isn't working at all. Cancelled them at my house, wish I could cancel them at my work too. Awful service.

    @RogersHelps so in hold for an hour to speak with 2 reps and no one takes notes…. But they said they were taking notes on my account. Speaking to a real prick in the credit department who can’t explain **** just to be cut off 90 mins of my day gone and NO RESULTS. No CALL BACK

    @Rogers It's not my account. I'm at work.. Seems like there's been issues all over Canada the last day or so judging from what people are saying on twitter. As I'm typing this the tv has cut out 😵‍💫

    @MattMesluk @Rogers Rogers is awful. I cancelled last month. Was told it can take up to 2 billing cycles to close an account. Funny, if you don't pay it's shut off pretty quickly. Tvs been in and out all day at work, i eep having to switch my data on for my phone to work 🙃

    3 weeks since rogers device protection supposedly sent me a check. 3 weeks!!! Now I have to wait on escalation because of American holidays 😤 @Rogers unacceptable level of service !!!

    @chamaraind @Rogers Should be damn fast, but Machan in here it’s very expensive, I’ve used my 20GB in the phone this month and for additional 1gb I have to pay $25 😬
