    @Rogers You guys manage Fido. Go ask Terrie Tweedle. He will like this one. I use @FidoSolutions I need two phones and the weirdest payment arrangement ever I’m about to be in the news. I know. It’s ********, clutch your pearls. It’s medical and I’m an awesome person totally worthy of some support from awesome companies. Nice pearls. I need a month to pay my phone bill. TLDR Long story. Whistleblower gets fake donation that locks up my bank account from the GoFundMe. Has Parkinson’s so didn’t renew my DL. need ID to unlock bank account Oh. So not so long. Got ID but receipt from service BC isn’t enough. We need the actual ID so with my banking world disabled I’m kinda stuck. I’ll pay it but I need time to get ID. The phone thing? I hate seeing Brad frustrated because it refuses to hold a charge unless it’s perfect. Right charger. Right pressure on charger by hanging it. Waiting all night and it still has 11%. I’m new at this. But I’m all about justice. Nice to meet you.

    @RogersHelps BT1409749 is the ticket number and Yes I have been to the store 3 times .. and will visit them again today for trip #4. SIM swapping to a new device and have been dealing with this issue since July 7, 2026 and it is now July 16, 2026.

    @RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.

    @Rogers: It's bad enough that I had to wait over an hour on hold to speak to a rep, but when I finally got to the rep, their Indian accent was so thick they were hard to understand. Also, they didn't seem proficient with their job, often resulting in several minutes of dead air.

    @Rogers the closest tower is 10 mins away this area I’m in is a complete dead zone the service I get here is not only terrible but ruining my phones battery, I have a sick grandma I take care of and I can’t even call home on one bar OUTSIDE IN MISSISSAUGA ONTARIO

    @RogersHelps There are no outages. Can you provide a number to call? I have been on hold on live chat and on the phone for over an hour. There has got to be a better solution than this.
