Everytime I have to speak to one of the tyrants of Canada, @TELUS @Bell or @rogers I remember what happens under monopolies, horrible customer service, horrible prices and just a general rage in the public for being trapped

@RogersHelps It’s me again! After nearly 2 hours on hold and 45 minutes waiting for a call back I finally spoke to a live agent the 3rd try, only to spend 50 minutes with them, then having to hang up as he put me on hold for the 5th time and I had to get back to work. Thanks for nothing again

@Rogers So feed up with Rogers I really wish they’d get there s*it together. 1 major issue after major issue!!! Then 2 deal with the issues you have to sit on the phone on hold for an hour Re explaining the situation. Who’s going to compensate me for my time? Am I alone in this?

@Rogers what happened to Rogers customer service. It was so good for so long. Now they’re back to long waits, having to call in 3-4 times to get your issue fixed! And constant referrals to their idiot Anna! Who is useless!
