@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

@Rogers y’all are the most trash company, hold for an hour on the phone. Every one of your reps hates their lives doesn’t care if your customers cancel. Get passed around from rep to rep like hot potato, ive cancelled my services with you. And takes 5 days to talk to a manager..

Rogers Media NHL Live has the worst cancellation process I have ever experienced. It takes a couple of minutes to sign up for an account and 25 minutes and a manager to cancel. Someone - please fix this process! @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps fool me twice Rogers. Not cool! I’ve been waiting 2 hours for a tech who didn’t show or call. Now to get my problem fixed I have to waste another 30 minutes to talk with someone. Come on!!!
