A little transparency as to WHY this happened would be nice as well. Being a little vague there Rogers as to the readon for the outage.

Colin Robson (@teknicol) reported@RogersHelps Daughters wedding in the UK was to be watched live on-line in Tillsonburg ON. Friends did not have overseas telephone plans to offer the use of their phones. So we missed the long planned family viewing. A whole years refund could never replace our loss.
