@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

Then give me a new ticket # when I call to say it’s not solved. Recent ticket has stood for 2 days. No updates.

@RogersHelps for last two weeks I've had trouble with cable. The stations owned by Rogers and Bell go black and disappear for hours at a time. The other channels are fine. I've rebooted my box many times.
