    @RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

    @domenicpaolucci @Rogers Their service mission is garbage. Called last month about promotions running out,was told my bill would be the same. Got the bill, $55 more, they tell me my cell wasn't included THAT'S part of my bill. Now they will do nothing,that's my bill. #CustomerService sucks. Lookin around

    @RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

    @Rogers It would be great customer service if you could text customers when there's a local outage, and tell them what's happened. Saying it'll be fixed soon doesn't fly after 12 hours. Being open and honest works wonders.

    careful ordering smart home monitoring outside of the city ( collingwood ) no support, no tech, no cust. service and they just dont care. wasted 9 hrs and $500.00 waiting ,total incompetence and they just can't support what they sell @RogersBiz disgusted!unresolved! @Rogers

    2/2 @RogersHelps Irony is that I wanted to save someone else' time by reschedule an appointment or got mine wasted. I am a prospective customer and now seriously reconsidering my options. Overreacting? Maybe. But if this is a taste of what I am going to get in future, NO THANKS!

    @anunsafespace @RogersHelps Good luck... they screwed me that way too... I'm lookin' around. @rogers tells you one thing, then does another. Tells me my bill will be the same, then it's not!! So damn frustrated with this 💩

    @RogersHelps Your CEO comes on tv saying he's spending over a billion to upgrade services in Canada. You can't even keep my internet up 24 hours a day. Your company sucks and It's time for more US competition here in Canada.
