@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@RogersHelps how about service interruptions in the corner of ianhall road and victory drive... north york? where.. for months now ...the people who have rogers tv cable service get pixellating all the time and then temporary blackouts. this problem needs some serious attention by rogers NOW!

@RogersHelps I’m literally trying to buy a iPhone yet ROGERS makes it so difficult. Website maintenance links are broken. Always have to reset password. Not to mention outages poor customer service and my services not working on Friday.

$32 for a basic talk & text with ROGERS is ridiculous. How is it acceptable mobility is a essential service in 2022. That’s not including data that would up my plan to $85 monthly without a phone. @Rogers.
