    @RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

    @Rogers Update: After following up again I was promised an appointment on Saturday 8-10am (4 days outage at this point). Despite the fact that it was reported that the drop from the pole was severed, the technician said he did not have the equipment or personnel to do the repair...

    Every time you go to see your bill and the MyRogers app is down you should get $10 off your bill this is like the third time I've gone to look to see can't get in is down for maintenance again! @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I have tried adding LD option to my plan through my account portal, app. Nothing worked. I tried calling, and talking to someone over chat. No one was there, no one called back. Like seriously!! How do you justify the overpriced service?
