@RogersHelps please please please do whatever you need to do to get your services in area code L2V 4R6. It’s painful to have to rough it with the service provider here. After having your Ignite TV, there’s just no comparison.

Dear @Rogers , Thanks for not calling me like you said. So much for that quality service. @RogersHelps 🙄😠

@fordnation @Rogers home phone and internet needs to be stopped. They are charging people outrageous fees during a pandemic!!! That ******* makes far to much money and is a disease in Torontos viens. $100+ a month worth of fees for $400 bill. THATS INSANE. take money from him.

  • charmed1666 JB (@charmed1666) reported

@RogersHelps link for service interruption isn’t current (2020 last entry) no cable no internet no phone for over 2 hrs in Scarborough when are we getting it back?

  • HeleneBarrette Helene Barrette (@HeleneBarrette) reported

@RogersHelps Can you pls get your act together! Trying to phone Support, your system hangs up on me, doesn't accept my request for call-back, THEN calls me back in the middle of me holding w/ you but without caller ID. As always, terrible customer service & crazy expensive.

  • CodyYoshida Cody (Fully vacc'd) 💉 (@CodyYoshida) reported

@CelestySylvy @DarkZenn @Rogers Even though my speeds were not great with Bell back then, at least I barely had issues with them as well in the couple of years of being with them while since i've been with Rogers... it's nothing be unstable internet and not worth the almost 100$ that's being charged

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus🍊🌹 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

@danharrisndp @Rogers @NDP I worked in call centre's for too long when I was younger. I could have drove down, found a nice parking spot, snuck in and fixed it myself, got a coffee and did some shopping before it was done at home over the phone.

  • SamiraFayez3 Samira Fayez (@SamiraFayez3) reported

@pozpiggy86 @Rogers Most companies tell you that 60% of what you pay for is fine because of other people using the network or some other excuse. I have 3 items on the wifi and they say it’s why they can’t even come close to my speed that I pay for.

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus🍊🌹 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

It took me five phone calls and hours of soul sucking, time theiving frustration to cancel and resolve billing issues with @Rogers but it *should* be done. Canadians clearly deserve better than this. #cdnpoli @NDP
