@Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...

@rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.
