@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

@RogersHelps @TheMcRonster People literally can’t even dial out for calls right now. Can’t even dial out to 911 if you wanted to. I think y’all need to get on this and make some kind of announcement. It’s clear that Rogers cell network is completely and entirely down.

@RogersHelps I was on call with rogers customer service for hours since 31st March. No one is able to fix the issue. The latest answer was to wait for few more days for modem activation which will leave me without internet for a week almost.

@Rogers So here I am, bawling, on hold for the 3rd time trying to renegotiate a Rogers bundle. 5 years after my husband’s death, I’m being asked when I reported the death because my name isn’t on file?! And the “service” agent “cannot handle the drama” and asked if I’d like 1/2
