    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isnโ€™t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

    @Rogers I've spent over 3 hours on phone since Saturday to schedule installation of my Roger's internet modem. It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Yesterday marked TWO WEEKS of intermittent mostly out Internet, home phone and TV service. Lots of apologies and hours on hold listening to crap muzak. Called customer service and was disconnected. Yesterday's appointment was a phantom, didn't happen. Bell ?

    @alejomelgar21 Its sad to see the 660 Newsradio like that.. I had no idea they'd been shut down, called the traffic line to leave a tip for them that afternoon..went to voicemail..left a message..then turned on the channel to hear nothing but dead air. @Rogers made a huge error closing a much needed station down.

    @RogersHelps You're just gaslighting me now. REVIEW clicked on the offer, did not work, called your "customer care team", they said I was not eligible, you too said that, Rogers sends me an email to finish the process, I cannot & U R encouraging me to finish the process. Do I have that right?

    My internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

    I didn't think there was such a thing worse than @RogersHelps #customerservice until I had an issue with @Fidomobile . Its much worse. Oh wait, Fido is Rogers. SMH.
