Molly (@amollymonster) reported@Rogers why have I spent a MONTH trying to get a hold of an actual person to talk to about my account? This is ridiculous.. worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
-
cxt (@callmecxt) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers I hope you have a great day today Don Bradshaw. Really thought this post was some sort of meme but it turns out you’re just very sad. Please accept this digital hug as a reminder to be happy. (and to possibly shut ******** up)

Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

CanBull (@CanBull1984) reported@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers doesn’t help.

El The 🇨🇦🇲🇹 (@franticmonkey) reported@Rogers if you lazy *****, can't hire actual human beings to work customer service on Sundays, how ******** do you have the gall to charge to so much @fordnation @crtc? I call and all I get is A, and an announcement the customer service is closed. What am I ******* paying for?
-
MW (@marcuswaters) reported@RogersHelps I refer you to my original post Eric. I simply want to talk to a customer service agent who has some idea of how things work and some internal gravitas to fix customer issues. As a customer of over 10 years this is but a small ask.
-
Christine (@ChristineETC) reported@RogersHelps @Vishhvfi Can please address any mobile service interruptions? I went to a third party website that showed a spike of service interruptions for Rogers in the past 30 min. I’d go to Rogers website but I won’t load.
-
Chris Tyson (@christysonldn) reported@RogersHelps finally got ahold of someone to cancel the ph line I dont need 45 mins later, by todays standards that is not long....unfortunately
-
Inner Phoenix (@InnerPhoenix420) reported@RogersHelps ill be looking into public mobile, since you dont want to help out a loyal customer for many many many years.
-
Island Time (@visitorsdigest) reported@lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.
