Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

Bonus tweet: Thanks @Rogers for sending me to collections over a 3 year old modem I didn't return after cancelling internet service, despite having multiple accounts (rental properties), and planning on returning after the year promo with Bell was up. Might switch 'em all now.

  • oneillyatescbc
Chris O'Neill-Yates (@oneillyatescbc) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

  • CJclass09
CJ (@CJclass09) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RogersHelps I’ve tried contacting you about WiFi service several times. Ran all your tests, got a new modem, the works—your internet is still not working. I truly think if I don’t cancel my service, I’ll have only myself to blame. Have a good life though.

  • realbobert
Bob Greene (@realbobert) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

  • toddamus
The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reported

People in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

  • HoneyboyWilson6
    Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported

@RogersHelps Rebooting the modem fixed the problem. I didn’t think of that first because the other apps were working ok.

@DayXalker @MapleLeafs @Rogers Marner wouldn’t be in the playoffs if he didn’t play in the worst division in the history of the league. He made Vegas worse

  • AilaniDarshan
    DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported

@Rogers , I have been loyal customer for long but it feels very sad to see quality customer service deteriorating every year. Even after raising complaint regarding poor network & internet connectivity during travel, you have sent $170 bill & no one cares to respond to my query.

  • ggreeneyes1975
    Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported

@RogersHelps Sure have. I even spent 2hrs on Sun for help. Got a vmail yesterday that my TV was fixed. Not sure why I got that since it isn't the issue. NO ONE is helping me. I am beyond frustrated with you guys.

  • Jimbb5022
    High_5_Brady (@Jimbb5022) reported

@RogersHelps … the highest level of customer support and executive escalation. Instead of feeling heard or valued as a customer, I have been left feeling ignored and dismissed.

  • stitchlady
    Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@M_S_Fricker @ShawInfo @RogersHelps The average time I've been on hold for tech support is 45 min+. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

  • magic_salmon
    MASAPRO 魔法 鮭 (@magic_salmon) reported

@VirginPlus why is it that you can't / won't provide your internet service customers with a public ipv4 yet @Rogers offer this as standard???
