Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?
-
Adam Walsh (@adamfwalsh) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

-
Bob Greene (@realbobert) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador
Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps
-
Duke (@DukeTobin) reported from Topsail, Newfoundland and Labrador
@RogersHelps this looks more like a Rogers Chan packaging issue. In the SJ's metro area, tsn2 is not included in sports pkgs. in central../2
-
John Ryan (@VintageJohnny79) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Rogers Thanks for your quick reply. So if I switched to all my services from @BellAliant and ran into technical difficulty I’d be able to reach a trouble shooting call centre in NL?
-
Chris O'Neill-Yates (@oneillyatescbc) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.
-
Paul Durdle (@PaulDurdle) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador
Bonus tweet: Thanks @Rogers for sending me to collections over a 3 year old modem I didn't return after cancelling internet service, despite having multiple accounts (rental properties), and planning on returning after the year promo with Bell was up. Might switch 'em all now.
-

-
Jen (@HalfwayToSP) reported
@AragonZZ2 @RogersHelps That’s the problem my parents are experiencing too. Shows they want aren’t available on demand and therefore just can’t watch. I respect that there’s been an outage but they can’t be saying service is back if it isn’t fully
-
Nicole Chardenet (@nchardenet) reported
So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?
-
Riley 🍀🍎 (@irishriley30) reported
@jenminicooper @RogersHelps How exactly does one text with no service?
-
Deborah (@Debba1c) reported
@AboutRogers @Rogers I still have no internet. Fix. It. Now
-
Cherry 🍒 (@ttv_Cherry) reported
So... I get that **** happens, but I rely on Wifi-Calling while out of Canada, and the @Rogers outage killed it and it won't let me turn it back on without going off airplane mode and having a mobile data signal, but if I turn it on they charge me $12 for a day of roaming...
-
Of course why not (@ocyn1331) reported
@AboutRogers @Rogers Wifi still not working in London, ON
-
RosyCross416 (@Rosycoss416) reported
@RogersHelps garbage company, look at the knock-on effect of your incompetence. It's ok you're still rich!
-
Lynn Johnson (@MLCJOHNSON) reported
@RogersHelps Out of curiousity are you able to release what the credit for people will be? A nation wide outage including emergency services, banking and government should equate a min of $50+ especially with people losing $100+ for not being able to work from home.
-
D (@d_dawg34) reported
@cody_good @RogersHelps This wouldn't be a big deal if Canadians paid a reasonable price for the service that were affected! People are smart they learn to make due with what they have. Maybe it's time to cut cost on internet and wireless devices services
-
Dflip51 (@dflip51) reported
@ConsumerSOS They need to refund, not one, but two days of their monthly bill! @Rogers Today's service features delays every couple of minutes. It reminds me of dial-up internet or an Xfinity car racing a Cup car, or a five-year-old computer vs. a $2000 computer purchased today. 🙄
