Since the upgrade to Ignite @RogersHelps has seriously **** the bed. Either no service at all or having to reset things multiple times on the tv. For the record, not speaking to the customer service.. just the connection.

Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps after 5 days of service interruptions, starting at 11:30am everyday, the technician finally came just to tell me that Rogers has their own scheduled maintenance and there wasn't anything he could do. Based on my description, he figures it's a backend issue at Rogers
