@RogersHelps I’ve tried contacting you about WiFi service several times. Ran all your tests, got a new modem, the works—your internet is still not working. I truly think if I don’t cancel my service, I’ll have only myself to blame. Have a good life though.

  • VintageJohnny79
John Ryan (@VintageJohnny79) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Is anyone else having trouble with their @Rogers landline? Every couple of days I lose service. It is not cool when I have someone at home who is dependent upon it. #NotCool #FixYourServices

Bonus tweet: Thanks @Rogers for sending me to collections over a 3 year old modem I didn't return after cancelling internet service, despite having multiple accounts (rental properties), and planning on returning after the year promo with Bell was up. Might switch 'em all now.

  • DukeTobin

  • oneillyatescbc
Chris O'Neill-Yates (@oneillyatescbc) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

Hey @Rogers you should teach your customer service representatives some manners because I'm so close to cancelling everything with you and switching to bell...

  • realbobert
Bob Greene (@realbobert) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

  • AlexNCollins
Alex Collins (@AlexNCollins) reported from Portugal Cove-St. Phillip’s, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RogersHelps hi. We’re in Newfoundland. Our internet came back last night but was out again this morning, and the Anna chat function says there are not outages in our area. How can I ensure someone is aware of (and fixing) our new outage?

  • LynnMoriarity
Lynn Moriarity (@LynnMoriarity) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

  • LynnMoriarity
Lynn Moriarity (@LynnMoriarity) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Rogers Thanks for your quick reply. So if I switched to all my services from @BellAliant and ran into technical difficulty I’d be able to reach a trouble shooting call centre in NL?

  • Christine_V_C
Christine Connolly 🇨🇦 (@Christine_V_C) reported from Torbay, Newfoundland and Labrador

Dear @RogersHelps, please give Jas from live chat in Vancouver a raise....or at least a pat on the back. Best customer service ever!

  • doubledouble416

@RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; they offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow hime phone service; if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need)

  • Happyinret69930
    Happyinretirement (@Happyinret69930) reported

  • BookmarkMiner

PSA for all travellers using E-SIM cards overseas. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and change your carrier to the new SIM card otherwise @Rogers will still charge you roaming even tho you have an overseas SIM card installed. Immensely terrible service. Canceling everything today.

  • scunliffe
    Stephen Cunliffe (@scunliffe) reported

@RogersHelps your AI automated phone system is terrible. If the AI hears "Human", you need to send the caller *directly* to a human agent. Anything else is disrespectful and annoying. The "higher call volumes... unable to accept your call" - #Disconnect is bad.

  • shonna_74
    🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported

@RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

  • clintculture
    Clint (@clintculture) reported

@Rogers is refusing to help clear up fraudulent accounts it created by misusing my private info. #RogersFraud

  • AlexAgnew1
    Alex A. (@AlexAgnew1) reported

I see why I left @Rogers years ago. They bait you with a $35 Can/US plan in January as an EPP, then literally 7 months later they raise the price $5 bucks a month. Couldn’t even give a customer the rate they advertised for one year….

  • toddtalbot07
    Todd Talbot 🇨🇦 (@toddtalbot07) reported

Hey @RogersHelps, waited patiently for a billing chat rep (75 ahead of me). Finally get on, basically tells me to wait for 35 mins only to provide a reference number to fix a simple billing issue. The level of service is at an all time low. What are you guys doing????
