    @RogersHelps this looks more like a Rogers Chan packaging issue. In the SJ's metro area, tsn2 is not included in sports pkgs. in central../2

    Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

    Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

    @RogersHelps I’ve tried contacting you about WiFi service several times. Ran all your tests, got a new modem, the works—your internet is still not working. I truly think if I don’t cancel my service, I’ll have only myself to blame. Have a good life though.

Corporations do not care about providing services or products they want to make money so if it’s profitable to let the system crash every now and then without any back ups then they Will.

    @RogersHelps Outage of Rogers is an example of the fragile system of Canada even worst than the under developed countries in the question of DR (Disaster Recovery) and lack of backup data transfer system of the so called 'BIG Banks'. Same situation in Airport, Passport, CRA service and more
