Why @Rogers would stop support for its remote DVR app is beyond me. I suspect they assume one will upgrade to their new IPTV service for this single feature. Stupid product decisions like these usually work against them.

Am I the only one in greater #YYJ experiencing GARBAGE wifi from #ShawCable and TERRIBLE data access from @RogersHelps — I haven’t seen LTE on my phone in eons. It’s all sluggish 3G. #FirstWorldProblems but #ComeOn! Pull yourselves together— we pay too much for this subpar svc.

@RogersHelps when trying to watch NHL Live the TSN3 feed is constantly buffering. None of the other feeds have this problem.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Here's another thing you need to fix. ROGERS CENTRE. Tonight's CONCERT was a disaster thanks to a sweaty arena, no AC, line ups for days and the sound was HORRIBLE!!! You had 4 major world rock bands performing and we couldn't hear the songs from the amplified bass all night.🤬

@RogersHelps Yeah, except that plenty of others in my area, most of whom are directly with Rogers, are also having problems. Been having issues on and off since July 8th. I love Oxio's customer service, but it might be time to switch to someone that doesn't use Rogers lines 🤷
