@Rogers I’d like to believe that, but I can’t. A huge percentage of takeovers and mergers result in the junior partner in the deal shedding staff at some point. Just give me better, more reliable and affordable service than Shaw, and I’ll be quiet, I promise.
-
Chris March (@HkyEdmOps) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Rogers The massive national outage has to be a HUGE embarrassment to you. It was a bad day without access. This ought not to happen to your operation.

People always crap on the cellphone companies but yet again, I received great service from @rogers today.
-
Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@yegventures @Rogers @fluenthome If power is cut your WiFi won't work so there must be a eSIM in your security system that is on the Rogers network. U have WiFi so you'll be good. If both were to go out you'd have a problem but that highly unlikely.

Chris Tye (@SussexGeezer) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
Dear @Rogers please rest assured, there will be no service interruption affecting customers making their monthly payment on time @RogersHelps #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Rogers Yes. But do you promise reliable, affordable TV, telephone and Internet service to existing Shaw customers? Because we don’t have any of that right now.
-
John Kerby (@JKerby_88) reported from St. Albert, Alberta
@RogersHelps can’t login to ROGERS NHL if I can I can’t access anything that’s free

Hey @RogersHelps why we’re not inform about your nationwide outage. Not nice customer service. Missed lots of very important calls. How long this will last?

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@SteveThePylon @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers I also used to use Shaw. Had to reboot my modem if I needed to work for an hour without lag. When I called to cancel, they tried to sell me some sort of speed boost service. Nope. They should've just never slowed it down.
-
Maher (@HeyItsMaher) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
I did just receive really good help from @Rogers when I called in about my wireless plan. Much better than my previous experiences so it’s nice to see improvements being made
-
Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Prairies @RogersHelps I had same problem until I closed all apps and rebooted my device. Worked after that.
-
Jon G. (@WhiplashHimself) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
Considering @Rogers @RogersHelps has screwed me around long enough, and refused to get with the times to help me out. I’m likely going to change providers after over 10 years of being a customer. Hey @TELUS, how you doin?
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@etowntechy @dailytechnewssh @TELUSsupport @TELUS @Rogers And I'm an Optik TV customer too! I've even unplugged one STB, and haven't used the other one (PVR STB) in over a week. I pay nearly $200/mo for sub-par service. In Canada, the internet is an essential service. Imagine getting power or natural gas 60% of the time. @CRTCeng @TELUS

Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
@Shawhelp since my internet is down and y'all took the night off I'm going to send you the bill for my @RogersHelps data! Cheers!

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta
If traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3

@RogersHelps why do you keep saying you are experiencing intermittent problems? No phone all morning is not intermittent. It is also a safety issue. I need you to call my mechanic, check the status of my vehicle, pay, and arrange pickup.
-
Ggggg (@Ggggg48) reported
@RogersHelps How about the people that need the network to work? Basically lost a full day of work because of this. Will we get credits/compensation?

k (@kkathrynhutson) reported
@RogersHelps I have to pickup curbside orders and I can’t even do that because I can’t call them to let them know I’m there. It’s coming up to 20 hours with no service! @Rogers
-
J Noodle (@JNoodle9) reported
@RogersHelps @neezie_b About now would be a good time for an update. Over 12 hours? You're a ******* telecommunications company. Get your **** together or get ******** out of here. Let a more reliable company take your place. Stop terrorizing your customers.

Come on @Rogers !!!! I have work calls to make. I pay $125 a month for my damn phone! I’m losing out on money here while I’m in isolation!!! #rogersdown
-
Tyler (@VaultedCrypto) reported
@RogersHelps Simply stating the obvious that the network is still down doesn't really constitute an update! How about you let people know what the problem actually is. Or is it that you have not be able to even figure that out yet?
