  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Fidomobile You folks charge WAY too much for a whole day of service outage to be considered even remotely acceptable. Fix your ****.

  • chaire_jeu Chaire_Jeu (@chaire_jeu) reported

@RogersHelps Could this be due to a security issue? Has people's data been compromised in anyway? It seems quite strange to happen all of a sudden ! Doesn't it?

  • Otipemisiw Jamin C (@Otipemisiw) reported

@FidoSolutions @mlgenttner @Rogers You mean you’re waiting on daddy Rogers to figure out the issue?

  • CuriousPreet #BooRadley (@CuriousPreet) reported

@RogersHelps Time for Rogers to be broken up. Canadian Oligopoly in mobile phone company's must be abolished.

  • mahammjx Maham (@mahammjx) reported

@Rogers It is absolutely insane and ridiculous that there is no service for over 12 hours. Cannot make or receive calls or texts. How are we supposed to work from home when we CANNOT work from home? And this is supposedly the best service-providers in the country? What a joke.

  • DaveyT78 DaveyT78 (@DaveyT78) reported

@RogersHelps Is service still down for M6J? Hasn’t worked since 4am this morning. Thank you.

  • D6K9S Dexter Singh (@D6K9S) reported

@kanacha90368508 @_ihteshxm_ @Rogers Its been about 9hrs for me. Still no service and no light seems visible at this time for the network to be back up.

  • chicken10dys chicken10dys (@chicken10dys) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Thank God I switched.. I wouldn't have stayed since you gave 125 per month for 10gb 20/gb overage plan when both bell and Telus had 50 for 30gb "unlimited" on what looks to be a far more reliable network. So much for that car crash ad you kept showing.
