Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

Just wow. @RogersHelps call center is by far the WORST call centre experience I have ever had. Spoke with 5 different agents, each equally horrible. At least they are consistent. @Rogers #RogersCanada

@Rogers thanks for troubleshooting my home internet its not fix yet due to a local node issue. I am surprised it took a customer to bring awareness, in this day and age IoT where is the monitoring? These should be self healing systems. Not customer frustration flashpoints.

@RogersHelps can you confirm if 18008289828 is your Cantonese/mandarin customer service line, because my mom got from them saying they’re from Rogers not sure if it’s scam or not because online it says the # is 18007877953 and when you phone both of them
