    @Rogers why is your coverage literally the worst out of all major Canadian cellular providers? Just wondering if there's a legit reason before I switch carriers, or if youre just too cheap to give your customers good service.

    . @Rogers home internet down again today starting around same time (4pm ET) as yesterday. Yesterday it didn't come back on fully until some time after midnight. Missed yet another work video-meeting no thanks to this "most reliable" service today.

    @RogersHelps Forced off perfectly working "legacy" internet that barely had any issues over the last ten years to Ignite. Outages every other day. Tonight my internet dropped at 6pm, went back up just before 10pm for an hour and *poof*, it's down again. I'm switching to Bell.

    @RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

    Today my internet stopped working. Calling @RogersHelps tech, they closed my fully paid account. No one knows why. No one is available to do anything about it. Their no-service rebate? It was applied to a 10 yr old account closed in another city that now shows -$73.33. #DoBetter

    @RogersHelps Why can't I call your self-serve number *611 from my phone any more? It want to authorize wi-fi calling but I only have paygo service! Also why is my online account blank? I can't even see my balance. Do you want me to leave?
