    @RogersHelps decades long customer with multiple lines and every service. Still shuffled off the phone with no solution. How is it possible to wait 2 hours to order a product from you?

    @DrVivianS @jaze_ca @Rogers I've gone to a Barrie store twice now (2 different stores) in the last month, to resolve TV & cellphone issues. I was impressed by their screening process at the door (via intercom & security cam then showing ID before entering). Your experience does not seem to be their S.O.P..

    I cannot open a document on my work computer w/o being connected to the internet. We still haven't heard about when @TekSavvyBuzz/@Rogers will send a technician (& I get it, pandemic protocols are critical). Going into the weekend unsure whether we can work BAU come Monday. WTF?
