Carlos Millan (@KarlozMillan) reportedWhat’s wrong with @Rogers in Yaletow Downtown Vancouver? Have had little to no signal since last week. All Rogers users in my office as well
-
Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!
-
Terry Murphy (@tyjac2) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for nothing again pathetic customer care
-
Jeff Jones (@thewiredserf) reported@Rogers how to we actually get a technician to help with a surge damaged drop? It’s been 7 days now and 2 technicians with no resolution. Have to wait on the phone for 1.5 hours to have support tell us they can’t send someone for another day.
-
Cha Plow (@VishPTG) reportedHey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.
-
Mitch Lafon (@mitchlafon) reported@kristineortisi @Rogers There is a hack… choose the French option. That they answer right away. If you speak French great; if not, they will transfer you to an English speaking customer service rep…

Cathy Dinn (@DinnCathy) reported@davidzelcer @RogersHelps Isn’t AI customer service the best!

🍏🇮🇱🇨🇦 Georganne Was Right 🇺🇸🇮🇱🍎 (@georganneb) reported@RogersHelps I have done that. Hopefully they will fix this mess before my bill is due. I have no intention of paying roaming charges.
-
Laela Mirelle (@djlaela) reported@RogersHelps This new AI system is garbage! It doesn’t understand the simplest of instructions, and after multiple attempt to get an actual person, it says “we’re experiencing higher than normal cell volumes, please try again later” and hangs up!! Can’t resolve payments

JB55 (@belljoseph) reported@RogersHelps Except now and for the rest of today there is no holding. We’ve been trying to call every day for a week and are told it’s too busy and to call back. Today was the first time we actually were put on hold. Only for you to hang up on us.
