@RogersHelps fix your **** already holy ****. Days later and my connection is still dropping consistently. One more day and I’m throwing this **** in the trash and going with someone reliable. I pay way to much for your services to always disconnect

  • jennifer_jj Jennifer Johnston (@jennifer_jj) reported

@RogersHelps Geez, did you even read my tweet? I know you're just doing your job but please spare us the patronizing copy/paste form replies and pointless DM requests while you're still dealing w/ the outage issues. There's nothing you can do until that's resolved.

  • JJimisen JJ (@JJimisen) reported

@VivianBercovici @FP_Champagne @Rogers This isn't about work from home. WFH is a smart decision for people, families, organizations, and the environment. Equipment failures have nothing to do with wfh. People who fix equipment don't wfh.

  • SixtiesRadio David Sampson (@SixtiesRadio) reported

@RogersHelps Remaining issues include: not being able to access certain websites or services(like Apple update on IPhone & Runble, etc). Rogers Ignite TV not allowing yo to watch “at Home” live programming despite being on my WiFi. DVR also glitchy-stopping & starting.

  • D78Tiffy Tiffany Difrancesco (@D78Tiffy) reported

@Rogers still no internet this morning after being told by customer service that they “hoped” it would be fixed overnight. I work from home and need my internet!!! I need a real answer, not “we hope it’ll be fixed soon, sit tight”I’ve dm’d and no response. #RogersOutage2022
