    @Rogers Shame on you….to add to our anger at the outage, someone on your team thought it would be good to reach out to me to see how I liked my services & tell me what “offers” you have for me. Interesting that the only “offer” you had would cost me $10 more!! Despicable 🤬

    Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

    @RogersHelps I’m told my older rental modem I have is the cause of my internet issues. I have to pay for the “self install” option for a new modem to resolve these issues. So I have to pay to do the work myself to allow me to continue to pay you for a service that “kinda” works?

    @RogersHelps trying to upgrade my phone has been a nightmare and no customer support agent knows anything about the promotions 😡 now trying to get through to retention department and the hold time is between 1 hr 53 mins to 2 hours. #annoyed

    @RogersHelps I am trying to get my cable tv box "reauthorized" after it was just setup on Saturday and works fine till today. I call number on screen provided and I then get bounced around for 1h with no resolution of the issue. I do also have ignite internet.

    Was just informed that @Rogers will offer 20GB wireless plans for $50/mo (certain conditions apply) to NEW subscribers but not to those what have been with Rogers for 20+ years. Pretty poor marketing and lack of respect for old clients! @RogersHelps but only new subscribers!
