Wow @Rogers has moved all customer service back to Canada. Had many frusting calls to India trying to get @Bell internet to work ~ never again

@Rogers That pic before I posted it had 100 not o pieces of data will be removed. I tried communicating with their suggested support website for 1hr. Of cat and mouse. I ask they reply no solution. #TimeForMadeInCanada

@RogersHelps Thanks but can you give me an actual phone to reach business web hosting support directly? Your wensite doesn’t show webhosting option and neither does phone options. 3.5 hour hold time for the wrong dept a waste of time! If i can’t login. Or get help i’m switching providers.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I got an email back in January saying my internet is now faster - 50Mbps upload. I've yet to see this. Rebooted my modem yesterday (and quite a few times since january) but still seems capped at 30mbps. (Ignite gigabit package) Anything I can do to fix?
