  • Hache_Sebastien Sebas1509 (@Hache_Sebastien) reported

    @roadtoserfdumb @RogersHelps There was an update on their website. Rogers’ network partner is Ericsson, and Ericsson pushed an unstable update on a very important part of the network interface. The intermittent service losses were caused by the other parts of the interface being overloaded by the xtra demand

  • Bwprincess72 Diane (@Bwprincess72) reported

    @comm911tps @Rogers @TorontoPolice It's not unable to call 911 It's impacted with no proper data as to where the caller might be. This means you NEED to stay on the line so a calltaker can get you the help you need

  • ChrisSagal Chris Sagal (@ChrisSagal) reported

    @RogersHelps Sooo Will there be any compensation for this matter??? Lets say a bill credit of some sort or Free service because we’ve spent nearly almost 24hrs without services and that’s just uncalled for especially during these difficult times were gone threw

  • Prairies Lianne (@Prairies) reported

    @Scoutycat2 @CTVGCampbell Check out @RogersHelps . I still don’t have service

  • ScotfreeMe Rose (@ScotfreeMe) reported

    @TweetiepieHawly @RogersHelps Just wait. They bought Shaw. Things are about to get worse for the end user. Such monopolies should never be allowed, when it comes to particular services. Canadians have little choice, when it comes to certain business. Our airlines for instance. Consumers=$ to these, that's it.

  • natalierlandry Natalie (@natalierlandry) reported

  • WearyKirin WearyKirin (@WearyKirin) reported

    @natalierlandry @RogersHelps 911 calls still worked which is really what you would be calling in an emergency
