@RogersHelps I was just on hold for 65 minutes and then system dumped me!! Given the long wait times, I now have to go back to end of queue to resolve billing issue???

@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes!! Telus always picks up within 10. Wish telus internet would come to my area so I could get better customer service.
