Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

This is on and off problem that's been going on for over a year. My internet causes my phones and TV connections to go off and on repeatedly through buffering and pauses.

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill
