@RogersHelps I have been trying to get help with my ignite flex for over a month. Still cannot swap my channels. Please cancel all and just leave basic cable. I don’t have more hours to put on hold trying to get help. Too frustrating

@RogersHelps what a joke. I’m on hold an hour now. Called to cancel services & they said I have to do it thru customer retention. Obviously they don’t need or want my $600 a month. As they still have me on hold. Always zero customer service with Rogers.

@Rogers Shame on you….to add to our anger at the outage, someone on your team thought it would be good to reach out to me to see how I liked my services & tell me what “offers” you have for me. Interesting that the only “offer” you had would cost me $10 more!! Despicable 🤬

@RogersHelps is there an ETA on when this will be fixed? All of our connectivity is reliant on wireless services so we can't work, online school or make a phone call and it's been hours. I've seen no updates other than you are experiencing an outage. When should it be fixed?
