Leonard Surges (@LeonardSurges) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. -
Jet-Senator 🏒 ✈ (@That80sG) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Sportsnet aka @Rogers dumping local shows out west to bring in more Toronto based content is the very reason their licenses should be challenged immediately after they're due for renewal. Enough shoveling Toronto's garbage across Canada.
-
Leonard Surges (@LeonardSurges) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps Good morning. My Gigabit Unlimited service is very slow: Ottawa Glebe, K1S2N4. Reset gateway: slowest results 1.83 Mbps down, 0.004 up, fastest 4.04 down, 4.31 up.

Shaily Allison (@a_shaily) reported from Ottawa, OntarioI need help with my grandmother’s TV situation. Antenna’s won’t pick up more than 2 channels (ground floor, too far from window). Bell TV and Rogers Ignite were too complicated for her to use and too expensive. @Rogers says basic is no longer available at her address.
-
Michael Lewicki (@OttawaByMike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?
-
Roach_WC (@roachwc) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Rogers why is even the top package you offer so small compared to other countries? 1.5 gig up and 1 gig down is nothing. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.
-
Vive sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported from Ottawa, OntarioOne of the reason I left @RogersHelps TV was the stupidity of the technical service and having to spend hours and hours of my time on hold waiting for equipment that is plug and play
-
Rick Haga (@RickHgr) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps Ignite TV keeps going on and off for the past two hours, is there a network issue somewhere?
-
BMSR (@BMSR18) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@RogersHelps any reason that your browser streaming platform for ignite TV still doesn’t support loading in Linux? Was hopeful after your service dropped the awfulness which was Adobe Flash that your browser and OS support would enable Linux users, but no go. Why?
-
JEM (@JEM19126745) reported from Ottawa, Ontario@Rogers poor service ( or no service) to Long Term Care

Lulu (@lulu5109) reported@Rogers I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times a day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.
