  @RogersHelps Sure have. I even spent 2hrs on Sun for help. Got a vmail yesterday that my TV was fixed. Not sure why I got that since it isn't the issue. NO ONE is helping me. I am beyond frustrated with you guys.

  @RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.

  @Rogers ported 2 numbers in on a promotion and it’s been a nightmare since. Cant speak to anyone. Live agents can’t help. People transfer , hang up. Still haven’t gotten my numbers back I was promised I could keep. Should have stayed with Chatr!

  I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs
