    @fabien_doiron @RogersHelps I am in a deal now, obviously the 1 yr expiry for that deal is next month, they have decided to raise the price rather than leave it status quo for a few more months. They are the worst.

    @RogersHelps new modem arrived today after some hiccups. Can’t get the 5G wifi working properly. Can only connect on 2.4. Just got kicked off a zoom meeting twice. Very unstable Internet. Help! Please! I’ve missed an entire day of work trying to get this sorted out

    @RogersHelps Everything went down at 9:26am AGAIN, Internet, TV Service. Riverside South Ottawa, K1X 1E1. I’m in high tech, incredibly busy working from home during COVID. When can we expect service to return. Both Internet AND TV hard to live without given the circumstances

    I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.
