    @RogersHelps Here in Ottawa we have a lot of lag...supposed to have a 75mps connection...only getting 15 with very high latency...cannot use netflix, crave etc...going on 3 days is pretty bad

    Welp. Looks like no streams going forward until @Rogers runs us a new cable. Hopefully the temporary fix the tech implemented today means Iโ€™ll be able to work uninterrupted this week. The constant disconnects are more than a little obnoxious.

    NO internet. We are still connected to our neighbors and waiting for the #Fiberoptics to be blown. We have someone coming but NOT until July 6! How disappointing! Our neighbor called @Rogers to fix their security system and someone came the same day (July 1). This is fair? (2/3)

    @RogersHelps is there anyway you can pass along feedback for the tech driving 190296 here in Ottawa? heโ€™s the real mvp in getting our internet and our neighbourโ€™s internet fixed - sort of a bandaid today until a team follows up this week, but the work he did today should fix it!

    @Rogers Customers were promised 5 days worth of service credit. If you divide $240 by 30 = 8 *5 is 40 not 20 which is the credit I received. You may want to check your math Rogers.

    A @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could have rogers more than I did before. Wow.

    @RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?
