Glitchy, can’t get through work, virtual meetings or tv shows without multiple disconnections, no sound, black screen, etc. It’s atrocious and expensive - bad combo!

My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.
