    @RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

    Got @Rogers #Ignite despite warnings of poor dependability. Now, our internet and TV services are a nightmare. Glitchy, can’t get through work, virtual meetings or tv shows without multiple disconnections, no sound, black screen, etc. It’s atrocious and expensive - bad combo!

    I don’t know but I’m literally physical SICK of Rogers. You call and wait for 2 hours and all the person can’t help you, “escalate the issue” and makes an empty promise for a callback. Just answer the phone one last time, all I want to do is cancel my Internet @Rogers 😾😩

    @heavenxapart I remember they had a deal for first 3 months bill free with a two year contract, they sent me a bill the first month and gave me the runaround when I called them @rogers I will be filing a 6 figure lawsuit and taking your crooked corporation down

    @RogersHelps Suggestion... It would be awesome if the emails that say your bill is ready included the bill as a PDF attachment. It's a pain to login every month just to download the PDF, and then email it to accounting, instead of just forwarding the email.
