    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    2- @RogersHelps this service sucks. No reason a tech support can't come to my home with 2 boxes and leave with my TV working. This big about only coming to my home for Ignite only is bs. I'm charged for TV, and pay my bills. I want my TV working by later today.

    @Rogers Rogers have worst service in world & I am going forward to file consumer complain- mental harassment by rogers I placed order for iphone 14 pro max 256 through rogers win back team and they promised me after checking for stock while ordering iphone, I will receive in 1 week

    @RogersHelps Then why is the experience we all get. I'm back on hold because when I requested a call back from the 'move team' a regular customer service person who cannot help me called back? WTF? Another 3 hours will be wasted for an ADDRESS CHANGE.

    @RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

    3 - @RogersHelps my wife and I are seniors and both have health issues. The stress you've caused us this week is wrong. Not a way for a multi billion dollar company to treat customers.
