    @HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

    And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

    Welp we are done here I’m calling them out now @Rogers you’ve caused unwanted stress to my family over the last 72 hours when it comes to your service but it is time to get out of unreliable service. If you can’t get a simple fix done quick and easily why waste our time.
