@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I don't have a landline, and I use my cellphone to pick up daily on-call jobs in the mornings. Because of this outage I have missed a day's wages. I'm not alone in this. Please tell me you will be providing some sort of compensation for your customers.
