@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile providers throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I have had no internet, tv, home phone since Friday morning. I am lied to when I call Rogers tech support that they are doing maintenance,and are aware of the issue in postal code N5X. Three days with no service, and I’m loosing money not being able to work!

Thank you @Rogers for deducting $8.55 for the July 8th outage. That's of course is not worth the hassle of that day At least raise it to $20 to make up for the movie ticket for that day to kill time. I could not pay for an eTicket online but paid for it in cash at the counter !!
