Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice
-
Ronald Swizzler (@stuffapproved) reported from Richmond, British Columbia
@RogersHelps I’m pretty sure it’s your job to BS your customers. #telus never had these issues, but #rogers is horrible in the #canadaline tunnel section, especially towards Richmond. Of course I have roaming on.

Warmy1 (@Warmy110) reported
@RhondaWarnerTM @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 2$ that’s what they think of all of us. Can’t take money away from a billion dollar company. This is how they treat us average folks who pays there bill
-
Warmy1 (@Warmy110) reported
@BradTender34 @Rogers Hey but the 2$ rebate from April will help. Lol
-
Lisa M (@LMild43) reported
Dear Rob Ford, I wish I could work from home, but it seems like @Rogers won't allow me to, keep losing internet. Good thing my phone service isn't with them
-
Warmy1 (@Warmy110) reported
@ghost_of_scalia @RogersBiz @AboutRogers Lol and how a billion$ company thinks 2$ rebate is awesome for how many Canadians that lost how much on the day Rogers screwed us not anything we did. Billionaires lining there pockets in a pandemic shocking. Screwed us that day then slapped every customer in the face again.
-
Ms. Latimer (@Girlonthego11) reported
@Rogers so just got our bill for the last month and no discounts for the full day of outage??? Seriously? People lost MONEY that they don’t have right now and you are charging your customers full price... wow 😳
-
Lori Kuechler (@KuechlerLori) reported
@Rogers credit for service interruption on Apr 19 was a little bit paltry. $5 credit for the outage would have been a bit more in line with valuing customers The inconvenience was large at this time, when so many people are suffering silently in their homes due 2 stay home orders
-
Warmy1 (@Warmy110) reported
@RicoRyder20 @Rogers @RogersHelps Duck Rico, another ***** slap is coming. Just got my bill 2$ rebate for that issue in April. Billionaires throwing table scraps at us average folk. Screwed how many Canadians and here’s 2$.
-
Brad Boutcher (@BradTender34) reported
@RogersHelps I understand that. I feel though that you should send an email alerting a “valued customer” that said promotion is ending rather than just a small link within the bill.
-
Tony McClellan (@antney2006) reported
@Rogers have a friend that is migrating from a local cable service that was acquired by Rogers to Ignite and she was asked for her SIN or passport number. What’s the reason for this? A totally unacceptable request.
-
Warmy1 (@Warmy110) reported
@Rogers You don’t care about your own customers in Canada, lmao. 2$ rebate for your mistake in April is a giant ***** slap to us. How many Canadians were affected and couldn’t work or do school work with kids? Your response 2$, can’t get a damn pop with that.
