And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

Any org should so why not rip off the bandaid and tell us? People are working from home and need internet service
