@RogersHelps After being with Rogers, about 30 years, since Rogers landed on uunceded Coast Salish Territory, I'm Switching to @TELUS ASAP.. When you treat me badly, sorry and aid works. When you profile my kid and treat us like criminals, you can go to hell with your loved one's 😚

  • oneweedram Eva Pang (@oneweedram) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

Getting tired of @Rogers and @Apple @AppleSupport bouncing me back and forth for every iPhone or Apple Watch issue I’m having. Wish someone would just take responsibility already instead of laying the blame on each other! 😡 #customerservicefail #CustomerExperience

@RogersHelps That's just great! Why not tell my son the first time at the store?! Never before have we had to go through all this bs!! Why have codes of your not going to use them?! The manager got me to yell my code to her in the store?! A simple call for authorization? #badservice

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

  • j_holtslander Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps btw your recommendation to enable Wi-fi calling didn’t help me at home in my Vancouver apartment. Was already on.

@RogersHelps can you confirm if 18008289828 is your Cantonese/mandarin customer service line, because my mom got from them saying they’re from Rogers not sure if it’s scam or not because online it says the # is 18007877953 and when you phone both of them

  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

I pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice

  • StampieRuns Bryan Cogan (@StampieRuns) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@HeatherInNVan @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m w/ Fido that piggybacks the Rogers network. Have not seen any discrepancies today, but this been an issue in the past. Wifi competing with data, have to turn of wifi to get data to work.

  • sheilamoris Sheila Morissette (@sheilamoris) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@RogersHelps a serious security breach occurred on my family members phone recently. Fraudster did a SIM swap - phone number ported to another company. No compensation from @rogers, no customer service . Seems they dont care

  • MorganeOgerBC Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • Shannananae Shannananae* (@Shannananae) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Rogers what can you do for me? Been with @Bell_Aliant for over 10 years. Was a loyal customer until they royally effed me here tonight

  • PriyankaM2901 Priyanka Medhekar (@PriyankaM2901) reported

@RogersHelps I have been struggling with the worst network issues since I moved to Rogers in dec 2020. @ 150 mbps I only get a speed of 15-20 mbps and cannot watch any of the shows before checking my connection at least 5 times. The internet connection is the worst.

  • PriyankaM2901 Priyanka Medhekar (@PriyankaM2901) reported

@RogersHelps let me correct my previous message, just checked for a 150 mbps that I pay for I am getting 2.4 mbps. Seriously!!! Worst mistake moving from Bell.

  • mumof3crazyboyz Sherry Burr (@mumof3crazyboyz) reported

@Rogers what is going on with Ignite TV in Cambridge? Ongoing issues all day today. Nothing has been good since Mondays outage. Not a happy customer right now!

  • JulianaJenkins Julie Jenkins (@JulianaJenkins) reported

@RogersHelps is your internet service down in Cambridge Ontario? Have had no service for about 15 minutes despite restarting my modem.

  • Balistic_Chick Balistic_Chick (@Balistic_Chick) reported

Hey @Rogers are you aware that Fido customers were also affected by the recent outage? Because you know...you guys own fido and fido runs off of the rogers network... what about us? Wheres our compensation?

  • MasterSquid_ Master Squid (@MasterSquid_) reported

@warrhaul @RogersHelps yo beast, im trying to frag out live, but your internet service is not poggers atm. Help me please

  • StraightTalkNot Daniel Dease-Weitzel Walker (@StraightTalkNot) reported

@RSWalrond @TorontoStar @Rogers In the very beginning, when 1gig cable was released, they were testing it at 1000 mbps down and 50 mbps up, with early upgraded customers suffering horrible instability due to some of the upstream channels refusing to bind properly. So, they cut the upstream for stability.

  • meanderngmohawk Kevin J White (@meanderngmohawk) reported

@rogers yep, leaving for Bell for internet stability in the age of covid. Cuz you don’t have any stability (since Nov 2020) ask my students. In spite of a 3 month billing error now. In spite every 3rd tech support being argumentative w/ me. 👋. It was all you! Sorry, not sorry.

  • RickyG99840353 RickyG (@RickyG99840353) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers doesn't have a prosperous future. Decades of poor customer service, monopolization and massive margins has built massive customer resentment. As modern services like Starlink come online, and cell service is commoditized your customers will leave in droves. Loyalty = 0.
