    Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

    @RogersHelps Also sent you guys a DM. Please advise perhaps the company should look into hiring where people to handle social media support since people shouldn't have to wait 20 to 40 minutes for an answer on Facebook when it says you typically reply instantly. Thank you

    @Rogers after 14 years of being a loyal customer, I am switching carriers. it SUCKS to constantly be treated like a number. I was told there is no solution to my issue of having to pay 40% of a new phone. Reason- I pay bills late, but have never been suspended. You can do better.

    @RogersHelps If you were really saddened you would have fixed the issues that people have been complaining about for over a year ! 24/7 support desk is meaningless if there is no follow up and resolution to reported issues. How do you think I found your contact?? Repeat issues

    @Rogers Service outage (cable & internet) in Malton (Sigsbee Dr & Finery Rd). Nothing's changed on our end. Is it a known issue that's being addressed? We absolutely need the internet working tonight.

    @RogersHelps I certainly do not feel valued when you are offering no solutions to stay. I was told by the “customer service” rep there was nothing more to do. When I advised that I would take my business elsewhere, he replied that “maybe” someone could call me within 48 hours. What is that??
