Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedAs much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please
-
quaffer (@quaffer) reported/2 I am locked out of paying services because no one @rogers will help. Unacceptable service. Terrible support. Useless service.
-
etaimz 🇨🇦 (@etaimz) reported@Rogers just severely nerfed its rewards program. If you were a loyal customer and accumulated $1,500 in rewards, they are now worth $1,000. This must be some kind of a record. Is @Rogers going to make it right with its most loyal customers?
-
Brian (@Briancobalt) reportedI needed help switching to a new phone, the esim isn't moving. I read all self help stuff but the new and old phones just won't communicate. I tried twice with online chat, getting in the queue just to have my chat ended as soon as it was my turn. @RogersHelps
-
CanuckArgento (@CanuckArgento) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers You’re gonna get an Indian that you won’t understand and can’t speak proper English anyway might as well hang up now
-
DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable

Tanya Gil (@yiya2110) reported@RogersHelps Is there an internet outage in Edmonton? We're in the west end.

Dom (@NorthsideJane_D) reported@Rogers Why is it impossible to speak with someone ever since y’all added that stupid AI Assistant?? It’s been a week of me hearing “high volume calls”. No one is calling y’all. Also I refuse to pay my bill until I speak with someone
-
Brian (@Briancobalt) reported@RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.
-
AvrilNOTLavigne (@avrilchuk6) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers The worst
