    @ellenroseman @Rogers @RogersHelps I was thinking the same thing. I’ve never had a data usage warning before (I have a 10 GB plan). Received a 90% usage 2 weeks before my usage reset. 10GB in 2 weeks with no changes on my end 🤔

    3 hours on the phone to @Rogers - appalling customer service. To the point, the last guy I spoke with pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up🤣

    Thanks @Rogers & @Fidomobile for getting me setup with TV and internet. Now comes the best part, cancelling all services with @Bell. @Bell you have to get your call ctrs back in CND as it is the reason I took my biz elsewhere and your prices don't help you!

    @RogersHelps Keep it up, with this kind of service you will be at home -minus the job. I am done with you guys. Everyday internet connection has issue until i complain on public platform, then connection gets miraclely fixed. Keep throttling....no wonder #crtc lowering the price ISP biding.
