Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?

Got into my PayPal account as well. Luckily @AskPayPal and @Rogers rectified the issue within a couple hours and got my phone number back.

I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****.
