-
Morgane Oger (@MorganeOgerBC) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RogersHelps Oh dear I'm so sorry, I see to have missed your message today. Twitter needs more bandwidth than your throttled service allows for all customers. I'm hearing grumbles about the some way mobile carriets throttle customers. Is there better equality than in a race to the bottom?
-

Benny Yau (@MrBennyYau) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaAnd then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. #GoldBlooded 🏆Warriors💙💛WON the 🏆 (@Tak_Tkk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@RogersHelps Do you ever update your socials when you have an outage? It took me a minute to realize that I was having a Rogers internet issue. I would appreciate a heads up next time
-
AM (@_TPE_TW_) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI want to say thank you @Rogers taking responsibility for what happened monday👍 it sucks but life goes on. Made me realized how much we rely on our cell phone + services.
-
Cam & Nicole (@travelcanucks) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaVery disappointed that @Rogers no longer offers #travel plans. For our 3 week trip to Europe, Rogers will charge me $15 per day ($300) even if I only use the data for 2 minutes to call an Uber. The solution I was given was to use a different mobile company. Seriously! You suck 👎
-
#IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British ColumbiaI pay an average of $4000 annually to @Rogers for my phone bill. I've been with them for over 20 years, or when they set up shop in Vancouver BC 1/4 of the time we get treated like ****. I always think about switching then family crisis happens. #NotHappy #badservice
-
#IndianStatus531 (@BlueCedarAngel) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@RogersHelps That's just great! Why not tell my son the first time at the store?! Never before have we had to go through all this bs!! Why have codes of your not going to use them?! The manager got me to yell my code to her in the store?! A simple call for authorization? #badservice
-
Kevin (@604kev) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@RogersHelps you're claiming service has been restored, but I cannot receive SMS messages. As a result, I cannot log into my bank because @TD_Canada solely supports SMS MFA (which is also a joke). When will your services be fully restored including SMS? Thanks.

-
Patola EsHOEbar (@PabloEsHOEbar) reportedMy @RogersHelps @Rogers wifi being down almost every week and them not doing anything about it and me still paying full bills when I can’t even work from home anymore and I’m already maxing my mobile data because I’m just working from home via hotspot now is infuriating.

GoJays (@GoJays) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to someone on the phone for 3 days and the system keeps telling me to call back. The automated chat on your website can’t help. What kind of customer service is this??
-
Sydella (@newfiegirlrules) reported@RogersHelps I would appreciate someone contacting me directly since trying to get to the appropriate dept doesn't seem to be possible through so called "customer service"
-
Toronto Guy (@doubledouble416) reported@RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)
-
Vale Sol (@ValeSolS) reported@RogersHelps so difficult to reach help through all your channels! Chat has a wait of 100 ahead of me, I’ve been waiting on the *611 for almost an hour without any detail of how much I will have to wait and you don’t answer your DMs. Service was so good years ago!! Garbage now
-
Allan 3 (@Agent365) reported@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.
-
Geoff aka Holdfast043 (@GeoffdBarrett) reported@RogersHelps I did indeed as it was a pretty bad job of customer support. I will gladly give it to you.
