    @RogersHelps the fact you're literally willing to lose a customer because of you're stubbornness and unwillingness to meet a basic need of mine is ridiculous. I have my cell, internet and cable with you but if you can't just give me a paper bill, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    @rogers increased my bill by $100 monthly, so I cancelled my home internet and TV ... churn numbers must be good this month because I didn’t even get a call from the retention department begging me to come back! lol Anybody have any experiences, good or bad, with TekSavvy?

    @RogersHelps Funny thing is it’s not about my phone. If you had a competent team they would know my issue. I have been trying to reach you in every possible channel. I can withhold my personal problems but you can’t hamper my business, especially in times like these.

    @rogers so nice to be held hostage by you! Trying to cancel a phone you can see hasn’t been used for YEARS - but as original account owner is elderly and unavailable you insist on keeping it open! Bureaucratic cash grab.

    @RogersHelps @CRTCeng @EdwardSRogers since when porting a numbers to Rogers as a new customer involve me providing my password of my login from my old provider to Rogers. This is complete violation of privacy and data security

    @Rogers is there a cable outage in the Victoria Park/Kingston Road area of Toronto? Internet is working but no cable and Rogers website is down. Ignite TV tells me the issue is on your end. Occasionally I can pull up the guide but can’t access any channels.

    FYI @RogersHelps internet is down for the entire neighborhood surrounding M5V. Confirmed with a CSR. No ETA as of yet. Time to make use of one of the free networks in the area.

    @mattgurney I cancelled my cable & internet last week after being a customer for over 20 years. I’ve attempted to cancel in-contract cell service and gotten calls from retention begging me to reconsider. This time? Nothing. I guess @RogersHelps churn numbers are good this quarter :)

    @RogersHelps @rdc789 I’m having the same issue in the same neighbourhood with no internet for the last 3 days, I swear other companies never have these many issues. Some of my other neighbours have Telus, they seem to never have an issue when I ask them… something to look into!

    @RogersHelps I really don’t understand why we can’t have reliable internet service. At least once a week we lose service, have to reboot the modem etc and yet my costs go up and up. Do better.

    @rogers your website and your call in support is a complete dumpster fire. Can't purchase anything and the live support tells me it has to be done online. And your website just does nothing.

    @RogersHelps I assume that means I have to now waste more of MY time calling, sitting on hold and then HOPING a tech can be sent today? This is just RIDICULOUS!! I'm so furious right now I'm thinking of just cancelling our service! After over 35 yrs? This is NOT how to keep customers happy!
