We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

Although when I went, no security, just two store staffers. I had to wait outside, answer a slew of questions, get my photo taken, and show my ID before I could even enter. All that just to return a router 🥴
