    @RogersHelps @Twitch (Part 2) continue from where I left off instead of asking me the same questions “how do you know your internet not working, can we restart the modem, I see static, ...” 😭 just need a decent upload speed... has 50 and got cut down to 30 and everything went south from there 😭😭😭

    @RogersHelps Now I have this red signal on the box and do not wish to damage anything And the landline issue with my number 4165467116 is unresolved

    @RogersHelps No , my brother in law never saw anything like that before worked with Rogers technicians to revive my landline but of any use and I have returned everything to Rogers store the back box modem

    @RogersHelps @Twitch I hope so after reporting over 50 tickets, 3 technicians at my place and plus still waiting for a senior tech to call me who hasn’t yet.... 😒 not sure how many more time I need to call and your tech thinking I’m stupid and not making proper notes so the NEXT advisor can (part 1)

    @cspiering @Rogers @MapleLeafs If you are looking for internet - I suggest @Virgin they have the exact same service as bell, but half the cost :) Works well for us!

    @Rogers @Brightstar: I have had unsatisfactory customer experience with your Premium Device Protection.... What one hopes is the sales pitch matches the service, in this case it is a fail.

    @RogersHelps I was watching on my smart tv and suddenly the connection was lost and my Tv is connected through Ethernet cable so I assume it’s a network isssue and not my modem.

    @UberTroy @THEREELBROW @RogersHelps I didn't know about the Shaw merger yesterday. If theh buy Shaw I'm seriously going to consider switching. Oh damn Shaw owns freedom movie too, which means Rogers will own freedom. This is bad.
