They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 o’clock at night. NOT OK
