I got through to and changed my account with @Bell_News within 10-mins. I’ve called @RogersHelps four times and gave up after 45-mins of hold times each. Rather than stupid deals, executive fights, and boasting speeds… maybe focus on your current clientele who are exhausted

Last night I tried watching the maple leafs game here in Ottawa. I pay for NHL centre ice with Rogers. Normally Leafs games are on channel 451 but even that was blacked out. Why? @rogers @MapleLeafs I pay a lot for that service, this is first time it’s been fully blacked out

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!
