    Hey @Rogers How many times do you need to have service techs out to a customer's unit before you ACTUALLY escalate an issue? I'm sitting at 3 over 4 months, each saying there is an issue with noise on the line affecting our whole building, yet still no effort to fix it?

    @Rogers could spend the equivalent of the GDP of the USA on ads claiming it cares about service. But I still won’t believe it until a friendly human being answers the phone on the third ring when I call and immediately solves my problem. Good luck with that.

    @RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam
