We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate. Others are terrible.

I have seen it happen live. It is nothing more than amateur error week after week of dereliction of work duty. FIX THIS.
