@bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

@RogersHelps Just take these sarcastic jabs and move on... It fixed itself, like most connectivity issues (many) I've had since I "switched" to Ignite.

Just experienced the WORST customer service in a very long time with @Rogers. I've been a loyal customer for years and years, and after this encounter, I'm seriously thinking of switching telephone providers and bringing my family with me.

@RogersHelps Thank you I will. I actually don’t mind this slowed down 512kbps data speed but since it resets tomorrow and the max speed data expires tomorrow because my data resets tomorrow imma blow it all tomorrow. All 3GB of it. 😂. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’ve already used 17GB

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Bell You would almost think this is a business strategy because it's nothing like the level of service we pushed while I was at Rogers. ..... disappointing to say the least.

@RogersHelps Save the patronizing bs. Happens too often. And because of the piss poor outside cable install by @Rogers @RogersHelps @Bell can't install without significant work. A 20+ year Customer /former employee and you've negated any goodwill.

@RogersHelps @AboutRogers It’s not YESTERDAY’S service interruption it’s still on going. A service interruption is a short term thing this is an outage. It’s quite obvious related to this communication that you folks don’t have a clue what you are doing which is why there is still an outage.

@RogersHelps lost my phone while camping during the outage, by the time service was restored my battery had died and I could not use the locate function. Tried using chat support and they basically said too bad. I’m a little disappointed given how long I’ve been a customer.
