Welp. Looks like no streams going forward until @Rogers runs us a new cable. Hopefully the temporary fix the tech implemented today means I’ll be able to work uninterrupted this week. The constant disconnects are more than a little obnoxious.

@RogersHelps Last Sunday, service was slow. Tech confirmed issue from head end. Tech attended. Speedtest unchanged. Service intermittent all week, worse this morning. Ottawa Glebe neighbour: same problem. Download below 5Mbps isn't unlimited Gigabit service!

I do t know why it’s such an issue to have your router SN get saved to your account so it makes look like you have no internet onthe account. Just as a heads up do not ever give in to anything @Rogers is offering it is now day 4 without any sort of resolution to my household’s issues with the internet. They are causing unnecessary stress that shouldn’t be given as they are a billion dollar company.

Tale of 2 companies customer service today: I couldn't figure out how to do something, called @scotiabank 70min got a human (i think) 30min to resolve. Internet issue~called @RogersHelps , 2min on hold, less than 10-12 to resolve issue. #ThankYouRogers #NoThankYouScotiabank
