I still can not login to @PlayStationCA network through my useless @RogersHelps supposedly fiberoptics internet. I also can not upload vids or pics on twitter? I would need to switch to data on my phone to do so. Bottom tier provider. Switching asap #rogersoutage #Rogersinternet

.@RogersHelps just a guess, have you checked whether there are compatibility issues with the Covid vaccines and your 5G network? All these folks that are now 5G chip enabled seems like most plausible issue!

  • shakenbridge

@RogersHelps Our Ignite internet/TV are out but when I check our network status online, it says no issues in our area. I believe we’re out due to the storm and was wondering about an ETA for service restoration. Thanks!

  • OttawaByMike
Michael Lewicki (@OttawaByMike) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

  • sandrainottawa
Sandra D 💕🦋 (@sandrainottawa) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@RogersHelps My bill recently increased to an amount I can’t afford ($250?!?). I will admit I was not paying attention and trusted too much in my auto-pay process- but I certainly would never have thought my bill would DOUBLE for no reason. When I called in to change my plan

@Rogers We have been long time customers since 2004. We moved to our new home in December 2020 and have been waiting for #newFiberOptics to be blown to our place. Technicians have come a number of times to make “quick fixes” but nope it doesn’t help. Now we have (1/3)

@RogersHelps a long time ago we broke up. I’m feeling really bad about this now that @Bell_Support has taken advantage of me. I thought they were different, I was so wrong. Can you have me back? I want to keep my number. Bell can’t take that away from me. #grassisnevergreener

  • mscdavidson
Charlene Davidson (@mscdavidson) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

NO internet. We are still connected to our neighbors and waiting for the #Fiberoptics to be blown. We have someone coming but NOT until July 6! How disappointing! Our neighbor called @Rogers to fix their security system and someone came the same day (July 1). This is fair? (2/3)

  • lileyao1998
李乐尧 (@lileyao1998) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps you need to do something to help the customer solve their problem not only extend the estimate restore time. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

Spoke to TekSavvy about issues post @Rogers disaster. We don't have reliable internet since then, Rogers staff comes to our house and tells us it's the 'modem' and not their network yet TekSavvy says our lines are a disaster. they are telling many customers this. @CBCOttawa @CBC

  • tammie__cross
    Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported

@RogersHelps I do have a case open. I’m trying to understand why the Fraud number requires an extension to speak with someone, when an extension isn’t provided until a case manager contacts you. How is a customer supposed to reach Fraud directly?

  • pozpiggy86
    Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported

So @Rogers breached their contract. They promised my price was locked in for 999 months. 5 months later, they're trying to raise their prices without notice. Their customer service won't accept phone calls, and their chat is no better. I think it's time I went to the #CCTS

  • suefarah_
    Sue Farah (@suefarah_) reported

.@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to a customer service rep for 3 days now to register a move. I’m told the call volume is too high and drops the call after being on hold for hours. At this point, I want to cancel my service.

  • MikeDelpieroX
    Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported

@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

  • Manansood20
    Manan Sood (@Manansood20) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Your team is still not addressing my actual issue and keeps sending what look like generic/AI-generated responses.

    fuhago (@fuhago) reported

@Rogers what a ****** service, I got an email about my new order in back order for 3 to 5 weeks, but i got the package to return my current phone or I will have to pay the remaining balance. And your customer service line is an AI Agent.

  • bonnieburgess
    Bonnie Burgess (@bonnieburgess) reported

@DebraMHaak @Rogers Our Rogers customer family talked about this situation just the other day. & It's only going to get worse with AI now fielding calls.

  • TheBigBDub
    B Dub (@TheBigBDub) reported

@Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨

  • TTuyige
    Tula Tuyige (@TTuyige) reported

@DebraMHaak @Rogers Same here Ive tried several days to get someone to help but instead AI assistant and call is terminated.. I'm so done with these thugs.
