I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill
