    Hey @Shawhelp @ShawInfo the stuff I agreed on the phone to renew my contract and the stuff on the contract are totally different. Now, I can't get anyone to answer o return my calls. On hold with Loyalty Maybe I should just go to @TELUSsupport if you can't fix this.

    @Shawhelp another Oilers game & more problems with my cable since the upgraded equipment was installed. Tired of this S_____. So I put my original receiver back in & now it works great!! I’ll send you the bill for fixing the problem 😂

    @Shawhelp the service agent never apologized ... just the lack of customer service is sad. I want my mom to switch cause no one should have to do that much running around to update an address and then brush it off like it doesn’t matter. Also being told well log onto the myshaw

    @nathaliejacoby1 I tried. But @ShawInfo has only 2 options - a la carte - which you build yourself and costs triple or you have to take everything including Fox. It's ridiculous that in 2022 a streaming service doesn't provide choice.

    @Shawhelp Hi I can not access Shaw on demand since this morning. I have rebooted my Gateway and also unplugged the Gateway. The EPG, account settings, resource download and logs uploaded are all red type in the Gateway dashboard. There was a service bulletin til 6AM MT

    Hey @Shawhelp My TV won't change channels, says there's a "connection issue" I can't access your App about it because I have to force stop the app every time to open it. I sure pay a LOT of money for piss poor connection. It's the #nhlplayoffs No time to F around.

    @Shawhelp That is exactly what I did a month ago. Now again this morning, TV cut out for 5 minutes, message on screen says connection issue. Back on its own 5 minutes later.

    @Shawhelp Gateway stutters so much its almost unwatchable. Box randomly shuts off, channels change by themself. Stupid.

    @Shawhelp No. This is what happens every time a technician comes out. He tells us we need work done on the line. And then nothing happens. For a year. We need better service than that. How else can you help!

    @Shawhelp Shaw webmail. I have chatted with 3 techs since last Sat. when my Shaw problems started. When I reply to an email or fwd, it turns to gibberish. Today a 4th tech told me to switch to "Advanced AJAX" in Preferences. I did & it fixed. Now it's wonky again; can't fix it
