Dave Teixeira π§ (@davedotca) reported@Shawhelp Just wrapped the call. I will be getting a call back in 24 to 48 hours once the "backend error" has been corrected. They also are sending over a service tech on Sunday as the "radio signal is week" even though Speedtst shows 600+mps via Wifi but the Wifi Pods will not connect.
