After waiting over an hour for @Shawhelp to call me back (they quoted 35 minutes - as 225th in the queue), I am going to bed and will turn off the ringer. I have ducks to kill on the am and can order my new @TELUS service tomorrow. Shaw TV can’t solve the buffering.

WTF @Shawhelp someone from there calls me with a decent deal for Internet/cable. I’m on the train so I ask them to call my wife instead. They never call. I try and contact you guys when I’m back from vacation and no one has a goddamn clue 🤬

@Shawhelp No, it was working just fine throughout the entire game previously. Just started cutting out during the pregame. I even had one of your guys out last week to “fix” a slower than normal download speed. Apparently it did nothing. Telus fibre optic is looking better and better.

@garryself @Shawhelp Don't know what that means. Oddly, the service seems to be back, but I don't know why that is or what happened to interrupt it, and I'm uncomfortable telling someone on a chat how much I pay in internet every month just so they can answer a question of mine.
