I called and spoke to three different people about my ongoing issue with the service. I was offered a 14 day credit for a 36 day problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me to shut up.

Now TELUS has these services and Rogers with Shaw does not. @Rogers Customer service should not be a hardship on hold … no clue whether we will wait hours😟

It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
