They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. Or I can burn ALL my mobile data in a day. No other options.

My ping as been in the 1700ms range at times.

He told me to shut up when I was explaining the problem & listen because I’d like what he had to say. I didn’t. I’m no longer a customer.

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now
