I work from home & Sunday happens to be the one day I relax and catch up on sports. This is beyond outrageous. Fix it or give us an exact ETA. Pathetic service.

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
