They confirmed there was an active connection here before we moved in, so I cancelled my other service. Now I'm wishing I stayed with Telus. I can't run my business for a week now. No one ever showed up. I called to find out what was happening. They told me a tech had been there 3 times and no one answered. We were home all day.
